Wow what an update. I love how Lex is letting her figure out who she really is. I wish he would tell her. It would be much easier. I was hoping the kid was theirs but what can you do. She is so cute and just like her mommy.

I can't wait to see how she puts two and two together. Were Lex and Chloe intimate by the way? Lex was describing some hot flash backs.

Okay, this fic just keeps me wanting more. I loved this first interaction between them. And Lex with Laura, so adorable!!!! I love the fact that Lex seemingly gave her all the info that she would need. I guess it would be up to her to pursue it relentlessly, in the typical Chloe fashion. Can't wait for more!!!

The Chlex banter was spot on, but I'm really disturbed by the idea that this Phil person took advantage of a vulnerable 17 year old girl--yes he saved her life but then he married her and got her pregnant at 18 (if I've done the math right). That's pretty messed up.

I do like that Laura likes Lex upon meeting him, and now we just need Chloe to give into her attraction to him

And I like that you have Chloe being a budding mystery writer--nice.

Wow an update. I really like it. The Chlex banter was fantastic. And I love the idea that Lex will do everything to get Chloe back in his life. But I agree that it is a little weird that Chloe is such a young mother, but maybe there is a twist in this scenario in the woods???
And now I will read the new chapter again and I really hope you update very very soon and to remind you I will beg constantly. And that is not a threat is a promise.
