Enjoyed this fic a lot. Love hearing the back story for Lex and his family. This was well written and had a nice balance of sweetness and sadness. Especially glad that Lex and Chloe weren't siblings. Scared me for a minute.

Glad you enjoyed it. I loved doing some research and making use of my British history knowledge to build Lillian's history; it was one of the things I had the greatest time with while penning this story.

That twist never fails to almost give a heart attack to everyone who stumbles upon this fic. LOL

Dipping my toes back in the Chlex pool after a long break, reminding myself how much wonderful fiction is on this board! It was great to re-read this one after a long time out from Chlex, all the twists and turns in the story were fresh again and all the emotional wallops this story packs were too!!! A truly wonderful fic Lexie xx

Welcome back! Glad you found it as engrossing and entertaining as the first time.

I no longer write for the fandom- I've been completely sucked in by the amazingly talented Richard Armitage and his fascinating gallery of characters- but it's always nice to see my old work is still enjoyed.
