the final chapter did the story justice, the build up was worth it, we got everything we wanted plus a few amazing surprises!!! well done job simply doesn't cut it when it comes to your work, but its all i got right now, so continue with the generosity and share your talent with us!
Thanks for another great story. One question do lawyers have the title of doctor in your country? If so that is kind of neat.
I loved it!! I am so glad that they both realized that they had made false assumptions and that they were both hopelessly in love with one another.
I loved the ending, how everything was full circle, back to where they began in the elevator.
Thanks so much for sharing this wonderful story!
Rachet; All lawyers are addressed as doctors in Argentina, even those who haven't got a Doctorate of Law. Chartered accountants are also called doctors in some parts of my country.
As far as I know, lawyers can be called doctors both in the U.S. and the UK if they've attained a Doctorate.

sad its the end.fantastic the lex thought of the biggest gesture to get chloe back
I've finally gotten the chance to read your last two chapters since it's been so hectic. I don't even know where to start. Chapter 9 was shocking since I was so sure that Lex wasn't using Chloe. However knowing there was 1 more chapter to go, I knew that you had something up your sleeve Lexie and you didn't disappoint.
I don't know how to critique as well as the others, but I can tell that from all your stories you've written...your writing keeps getting better. The plot, character development, suspense and romance keep me wanting to come back for more.
Thank you so much for sharing. I really liked this story especially the end where it comes full circle in the elevator! I know that this is rated R, but if it has so much potential for NC-17. Anyway, the ending is good especially in my imagination.
Can't wait to read your other stories.

You can always trust me with Lex.
This is the best compliment ever. I always strive to push my own boundaries a little more each time, creatively speaking. And I've found out that there's truth in that old saying which states that "Practice does the master"; there's nothing like writing, writing and more writing to grow up. It's amazing how much my prose and my style have developed when comparing my early works with what I'm producing now, so it's pleasant to see someone other than myself notice it. LOL
Yes, I'm aware that this fic had a lot of potential for NC-17, but I'm not a smut writer and I know for sure I'll never write anything beyond a fairly tame R fic. I prefer leaving most of the loving to the readers' imagination. * I bet the ending in the lift is more than satisfying in your mind because it is just as hot and good in mine*
I'm trying to write more of "Choices" and "At Second Sight" before work starts again. Meanwhile, you'll have to make do with my existing work, which I hope you'll find as entertaining.
I treasure the short and simple comments just as much as the long and in-depth reviews so thanks again for reading and taking the time to leave me some feedback; it's truly appreciated.

wow! what an amazing ending i it just love the whole story and the ending was perfect for this story.
I wanted to read it when it was completed. I didn't want to confuse it with At Second Sight (which I did one time) so now, I'm off to some marathon reading.
