A/N: This is in fact my first song fic so say something

out mentally. First, I'd like to dedicate this to

a special friend who told me to do it even though I
cringed at the thought of it. (i don't like faith

He presses her gently into the bed. Trailing kisses
over her collarbone and nuzzling deep into her neck to
elicit a small whimper. "Lex." she gasps when he nips
at her skin. She watches in the mirror running along
the wall as he slowly kisses down to her breast. The
black lace barely hiding her hardened nipples. He
takes one in his mouth through the material and runs
his tongue over the wet lace. "lex." she whispers to
him. He grins up at her and kisses her soundly on the
lips. "Shhh, I'm working here." She giggles lightly
and the air around them changes.

He poises himself above her and she feels the heat
between her legs. His knee nudges her thighs apart
and he looks into her eyes. She flips them. "My turn
to work some magic." she says as she straddles his

him and smiled nervously. An hour had passed and he
got up to see if she was okay. "No show?" Lex asked
quietly. She smiled, "Can't win 'em all." she
shrugged her shoulders. A look of pain clearly on her
face. He took her hand. "Let me take you to dinner."
She smiled and nodded. 'He's Clark's friend, he'd
never try anything with you.'

When he proposed she sank to her knees in front on
him. "God, Lex. Are you sure?"
He laughed nervously. "Earth to Chloe, please, I love
you, will you marry me?"
"Promise."
Lex looked baffled. "Promise what?"
Chloe let a sly grin come across her lips as tears of
unspeakable emotion trailed down her cheeks. "That
you'll never stop saying that to me."
He nodded and as his own eyes filled with unshed tears
he choked out, "I promise."
She flung her arms around him and covered his face in
kisses. "YES!" she screamed and everyone in the park
looked over at them. "Yes, Lex." she said calmer now.
The grin not washing away from her face.

He sweeped her up into his arms and she laughed loudly
throwing her arms around his neck. Her legs kicked
and he made his way down the aisle. Their friends and
family clapped wildly at the sight of Lex and his new
Bride. He nudged open the doors with his hips. "Lex,
where are we going? We have to get to the reception."
he kissed her on her lips softly. "Hell, no. We are
finding the closest available room and I'm going to
tear that dress off you peice by peice until I have
you naked beneath me." She giggled, "Lex, we're in a
church." He shrugged putting her down. "And?" he
asked pointedly. "Fuck it." she said putting her arms
around his neck walked backwards to the closest
available room.

"mmmm." he heard her moan. "Chloe?" he asked quietly.
"yes?" she replied half asleep. "I love you." She
rolled over and her eyes fluttered open. She smiled
at him and his heart lightened. "I love you too,
Lex."
"Do you regret marrying me so young?" She pushed him
down onto his back and climbed on top of him. She
sprawled out along the length of his body resting her
head on his chest. "Never." she sighed into the rise
and fall of his chest. He wrapped his arms around her
pulling her as close to him as he could leaving her
room to breath. "Good." he smiled down at her before
closing his eyes to drift asleep.

Chloe stared at the mirror once again lining the wall
beside the bed. She saw her naked self lying on top
of his naked body. His arms wrapping her in a loving
embrace and she smiled at their reflection. "God, I
love you." she sighed and let her eyes drift shut.
