It was a very interesting take on the Chlex romance. I think I went through the whole spectrum of emotions while reading it from feeling disgusted by Lex to feeling sorry for him. In the end I enjoyed the ride.

This is an amazing, brave (and squicky) story you've written. I love how you've made the characters so true to form, especially the way Lionel seems so affectionate to anyone but Lex on the show. I really like how twisted you portrayed Lex as, and yet he is still a very sympathetic character. It was very believable stretching out the courting period over several years, and I loved that there was a happy ending despite my still being squicked out at the end. I would have liked to see more of the repercussions from Lionel though. Impressive story.

Well, I thought this was pretty awesome. It was well-written and, imo, pretty believable given the dark nature of the Luthor's. I'll also echo others in saying I'm so glad that they got a happy ending. Maybe I'm twisted, but I'm not that squicked by incest in fiction, so psychological incest REALLY doesn't squick me. Great work!
