What They Don't Teach You In Sex Ed (complete) NC17

Title: What they don't teach you in Sex Ed.
Rating: For now PG13, most likely end with NC17
Disclaimer: Sadly enough, I don't own Smallville.
A/N: This is A's birthday present. However, I've
never seen the movie 'On the Town' so, A, if you could
come up with another movie, I'd be happy to oblige.
Also, this is a challenge fic. Challenge's will be
listed at the end of the whole fic. Wouldn't want to
    give anything away!;)

Chapter 1: Meet the new guy

Chloe walked with her drink to the steps leading up
    the bleachers.

    "Need a hand?"

She looked over her shoulder and smiled, continuously
moving forward with the flow of the crowd.

    "No, I'm good."

The guy behind her nodded. "So you're the editor of
    the paper, right?"

Chloe nodded and filed into a row of metal seats at
the very top of the bleachers. "Yeah, Editor of the
Torch." She sat down and turned her attention to the
guy who sat down beside her. "So, what's your name?"

    "Eddie, Eddie Marsters."

Chloe replied with a nod and took a sip from her
straw. "Chloe Sullivan." As soon as they shook hands
Chloe heard her name being called.

"CHLOE!!!" She waved to Clark making his way up the
stairs, followed closely by Lana and...'Oh, no, not
him.' She winced at the sight of one Lex Luthor.
'So, what, I happen to have a sort of crush thingy on
him.' She mumbled something to herself and Eddie
laughed. She smiled up at him.

Just as the three filed onto the bench Eddie was
pushed closer to her. Their arms brushed and he
smiled down at her. She smiled back and their
attention was turned to the game.

Three seats down. "Miss Sullivan appears to have
brought a date to a football game?"

Clark shrugged. "New guy. She has a soft spot for
    'em."
Lex nodded and heard her laugh at something, no doubt
something the young man beside her said. 'Why the
hell am I here? I know I didn't let Clark drag me to
a highschool football game just so I can let a 17 year
old make me jealous.' He cringed at his choice of
words in his thoughts. 'Not jealous.' He corrected
himself. Just then Chloe leaned forward with her
elbows on her knees and looked over his way, grinning
    at him.

    He nodded in her direction.

"Well, Well, well, Mr Luthor. To what do I owe this
pleasure." Chloe smirked his way and he couldn't hold
    one back.

"Oh, Pleasure's all mine, Miss Sullivan." Just as he
caught Chloe's eyes the young man leaned forward and
    looked at Lex.

"Eddie." The teen stuck his hand out over Lana and
    Clark.

"Lex." Lex shook his hand and let it drop.

"Nice to meet you Lex." Eddie nodded and sat back up
talking to Chloe. Lex narrowed his eyes out to the
field. 'I could ruin his life but he seems too nice.
And why does he look so damn familiar?'

    Chapter 2: Chemistry

At half time Eddie stood along with Chloe. They made
their way past the other three and when Chloe's legs
rubbed against Lex's knees she stopped. Her eyes met
his. If her just put his hands around her waist and
pulled her down to him she would be straddling...

    "Lex." She whispered, leaning forward.

Lex's eyes stayed focused on hers, being careful not
    to touch her.

"Come down to the field with us, I have to do some
    interviews."

Lex nodded and waited until she scooted the rest of
the way past him before standing up. Her hand latched
onto his and he looked down at her. "Wouldn't want to
lose ya." She grinned and Lex smiled back.

When they reached the field, Eddie announced he was
going to wander over to the concession stand. Chloe
stood beside Lex and took a picture of a few of the
guys standing around on the field.

"Why aren't you taking pictures of them during the
    game?" Lex asked curiously.

"No fun. I like em just wanderin around on the open
field. Kinda like they're just herded to...OH MY
    GOD!"

Chloe doubled over laughing and Lex looked up to the
field just as Pete streaked past. A wry smile played
at his lips and he grabbed the camera from around
Chloe's neck and started snapping away. The marching
band played a tune and Pete fell in line with them,
marching to a peppy tune. Chloe grabbed onto Lex's
shirt for leverage but couldn't tear her eyes away
from her one of her best friends and all his glory.
Lex snapped a few more pictures.

Chloe smiled up at him and burried her face in his
shirt laughing even harder. No doubt picturing
Monday's head liner for the Torch. When the principal
ran out onto the field and threw a school flag around
Pete's body, Pete ran to the goal posts, unwrapped
himself, balled up the flag and spike it. Proceeding
with the touchdown dance Chloe fell to the ground
crying in fits of laughter. Along with the rest of
the school. When the principal finally reached him
again he ran back into the school towards the locker
    room.

Chloe sat on the ground covering her face with her
hands. Lex stooped down and pulled her back up to
him. His eyes were red rimmed from unshed tears of
laughter. Chloe smiled up at him and threw her arms
around his neck. He hesitated, not sure what to do
but since she wasn't letting go he wrapped his arms
around her waist and pulled her closer to him, hugging
    her back.

Up in the stands Eddie had returned to sit next to
Clark and Lana leaving Chloe in Lex's hands. Which he
soon regretted seeing his arms wrap around her in an
embrace she was not soon to forget.

Eddie looked over at Clark who was engaged in
conversation with his girlfriend. "I didn't realize
Lex and Chloe are dating. How long have they been
    together?"

Clark looked up at him and arched an eyebrow before
Eddie pointed down to the field. Both Clark and
Lana's eyes widened when they spotted the two. "They
aren't" Clark shook his head. They watched as Lex's
arms dropped to his side. She smiled and waved up to
her friends in the bleachers and disappeared in the
same direction Lex had walked off in.

Lana and Clark stared after them in surprise.

    Chapter 3: The Dance

Chloe stood by the concession stand watching Lex buy
drinks for the two of them. Chloe smiled as he
started his way back over to her. "Thanks." She
smiled and poked the straw into the opening of her
coke. "Caffeine." She grinned and hungrily sipped at
    her straw.

Lex took a swig of his own. "And here I thought you
only consumed caffeine in the form of coffee."

Chloe shook her head lightly, blonde whisps of her
hair falling about her face. "Nahh, only at the
Talon. Lana swears I'm addicted but it's really the
    only place I drink it."

Lex nodded leading the way back to the bleachers as
the 3rd quarter came into play. "So who's the new
    guy?"

Chloe looked up at the back of his head, walking up
the steps behind him, trying really hard not to check
out his ass. She grinned as she let her eyes wander
down his back to the area she'd been trying to avoid.
She turned her head up to see Lana and Clark along
with Eddie. He waved to her and she waved back. "His
name's Eddie Marsters. Not sure how long he's been at
Smallville. He just came up to me before the game and
    introduced himself."

She shrugged as they reached their destination. "He
    likes you."

She laughed loudly earning some nasty looks from the
people in the row in front of them. "And how do you
    figure?"

    "Who wouldn't?"

She stopped as he sat down beside Clark and she
redirected her gaze over to Eddie. He had saved her a
spot. "A lot of people, actually." She slid past him
and Clark and Lana. She sat between Eddie and Lana,
seeing the look on Lana's face as if death were coming
to wreak havoc if she didn't sit there.

"What was that all about?" Lana said close to her
    ear.

"A naked Pete on the football field, I don't know.
But Lex got some really good shots of it seeing as how
I was preoccupied laughing my ass off." Chloe let a
small laugh raise from her throat. "Now that's what I
    call entertainment."

Clark leaned forward. "It was initiation. He made
varsity so he had to do it."

Chloe shrugged. "Well, I'm just glad no one slapped
his ass. That would have possibly given me a heart
attack." Lex heard her and laughed.

"You and me both." He leaned forward and grinned.
She returned the grin and Lana looked at her arching a
    brow.

"What I meant was what's with you and Lex?" She said
in a low whisper closer to her ear than before.

Chloe shrugged. "What do you mean?"

Lana sat back and stared out at the field, Clark took
notes on the game. "Just wondering. Besides your
    friend here, Eddie, asked."

Chloe looked over at Eddie. "Lex and I are just
aqcauntances. We're both friends of Clark. That's
    about the extent of it."

Eddie nodded as if satisfied with her answer and she
couldn't help but wonder why he cared. And then Lex's
comment drifted into her mind. 'He likes you.' She
smiled at him. "So you like me?"

Eddie smiled down at her. "Actually, I was hoping to
    ask you to homecoming."

She smiled back. "I'd love to."

He put an arm over her shoulder and she leaned into
his side. Their attention turned back to the game and
her cellphone rang sometime in the middle of the 4th
quarter. She stood up and leaned down to Clark. "I
have to get going. Can you add something in the
    article about Pete?"

He nodded and smiled at her. "Headline material?"

    She grinned knowingly. "Oh, yeah!"

He laughed along with Lana. She turned to look down
at Eddie. "I'll see you Monday okay?"

"Yeah, I'll come by the Torch and we'll set a time
    before the dance."

She nodded and kissed his cheek. She scooted out of
the aisle and her legs brushed against Lex's knees
once again. He stood up as soon as she passed him and
she turned to look at him. "I'll walk you to your
    car."

She nodded and waved to her three friends who smiled
back. Clark's eyes stayed fixed on the football
    field.

    Chapter 4: Big Words

Sunday morning Clark sat across from her in their
normal booth at the Talon. A smug smile formed her
lips. "So are we double dating for the dance?" Clark
    eyed her suspiciously.

"I didn't realize you were going."

"Eddie asked me at the game last night." He looked at
    her and grinned.

"He doesn't have any 'abilities' does he?"

She laughed and took a slow sip of her coffee. "Not
that I know of yet, but I'll let you know in a week."

"Know what in a week?" Lex slid into the booth beside
Clark and looked at Chloe. A waitress immediately
    brought him his usual.

"Doesn't that bother you?" Clark asked looking down
at the cup in front of Lex.

"Sometimes." Lex replied honestly. What if he had
wanted to try something new? It did bother him
occasionally but other times he could care less. The
first time it happened he wandered back behind the
counter to see if someone had written down what he
ordered. There was nothing there. Since then he'd
just thank the person and accept it.

"So where were we?" Chloe asked as she typed away on
her lap top. Clark smiled over at Lex.

    "She's a multi-tasker." Clark said at Lex's amused
expression of Chloe typing and keeping up the
    conversation at the same time.

Chloe head sprang up and she eyed Clark. "Have you
    been reading the dictionary again?"

He grinned. "Chloe, I happen to know some big words."

She shook her head. "That one doesn't count. It's a
    compound word."

Lex smiled and shook his head. "She's right. It is
    in deed a compound word."

Clark shrugged and Chloe went back to typing. "She
has a date for the Homecoming Dance. I 'implied',"
he smiled in Chloe's direction. "That the date in
question may have some 'Wall of Weird'ness going on.
She said she'd let me know after the dance."

"No, on Saturday, I plan on being otherwise occupied
after the dance." She grinned up at the two men
sitting across from her. Clark shot her a warning
look. "What? I'm 17, I'm allowed to have some fun."
She looked at Lex and he took a drink of his coffee.
"What were you doing at our age? Partying, getting
    arrested, and getting laid right?"

He spit his coffee out across the table earning a
chuckle from Clark and Chloe. "See, I'm allowed to
    have fun."

Lex was about to reply with 'Not that type of fun.'
but held it back. She wasn't a kid, she was a woman.
No matter how much he'd like to deny it. He smiled at
her. "Sounds about right. Except for the last one."

She arched an eyebrow and her hands lingered over the
keys. "Are you telling me you weren't out with some
hottie at my age, getting your groove on?"

Lana came up behind Chloe and giggled. "Somehow I
just can't imagine Lex getting his 'groove' on."

She flushed a light pink when she realized how it had
come out. "I mean, Lex just seems to be more of a
    romantic than that."

Lex smirked and Clark shook his head feeling sorry for
his girlfriend. "Ahh, yes, wise on, open mouth,
insert foot." Chloe grinned and Lex laughed at her
    comment.

"Although speaking of my 'conquests' is definitely
intriguing, I must be going." Lex stood and looked
    down at Chloe.

"Of, course, you must. Always when the conversation's
getting good." Chloe grinned at him and then shrugged
her shoulders. "I suppose I could get the information
another way though. I do have my resources." her
fingers flew over the keys once again. Lex grinned
    down at her.

"I'm sure you do." And with that said he turned and
    walked away.

    Chapter 5: Egotistical...

Sunday afternoon Chloe and Lana made plans to go
dress shopping. Lana already had hers but shoes were
    another story.

    *~*

Chloe stopped in front of one of the many shops lining
the busy streets of Metropolis. With a little coaxing
to her dad she got him to let her drive herself and
Lana to Metropolis. Kinda a girl's day out. So here
she stood on a bright and glorious Sunday. It was
almost noon, and although she hated shopping and her
stomach attempted to growl it's way out of her body
she stood in front of the window. The dress. THE
dress. 'This is it!' her mind screamed to her.

Lana stopped beside Chloe. "That would look so good
    on you."

"Lana, you've said that about every single dress I've
stopped to look at. What makes you think I'll believe
you now more than a dozen tried on dresses later?"

Lana smiled. "Look at it. It's gorgeous. And you
look so damn good in red. You know it." She looked
at Chloe then back at the dress. "Besides, what's one
    more fitting room right?"

Chloe let out a sigh and let Lana drag her into the
    shop.

She stepped out of the dressing room and Lana let out
a whistle. "Told you. This is the one." Lana
    nodded.

Chloe looked at herself in the three way mirror. "And
it's cheap." She smiled over at Lana who rolled her
    eyes.

    "It's not cheap. It's inexpensive."

Chloe wrinkled her brow. "What's the difference?"

    "When you're a die-hard shopper, you'll know."

Chloe nodded. "I suppose. So what color are you
    wearing?"

    "Indigo."

Chloe arched an eyebrow. "So what color would crayola
    call this?"

Lana shot her a warning look and Chloe suppressed a
    giggle. "Sorry."

Lana nodded in acceptance. "So, you and Eddie huh?"

Chloe retreated back into the fitting room and changed
back into her clothes. "Yeah, he's nice."

    "But..." Lana urged her on.

    "But what?"

"You were going to say it, no sense in denying." Lana
took the dress from her hands and hung it back up
slipping it into the clear plastic bag and zipping it
    shut.

"But, I don't know." Chloe shrugged and followed Lana
to the counter to pay for her dress.

They stepped out into the cool afternoon air. "Okay,
let's get lunch and I'll spill everything."

Lana nodded in agreement. "Bout damn time."

Chloe laughed and elbowed her teasingly. "So what
about you and Clarkyboy. Whatcha gonna do this
    Friday?"

    Lana blushed and shrugged.

"Oh, come on, spill." Chloe urged her on.

"You know. We plan on doing...'it'." Lana said
    quietly.

Chloe looked over her shoulder. "You do realize that
we aren't being followed. You can say 'sex'."

Lana shook her head. "Don't start."

    Chapter 6:

Lana sat across from Chloe at a fancy restarant.
Lana's shoes had been fairly 'inexpensive' as was
Chloe's dress so they decided to splurge on lunch to
make it an official girl's day out.

"So what is it?" Lana leaned on the table.

"I don't know. It's not that he's not nice, or *hot*,
cuz he is. But he's just no..." Her voice trailed
off and Lana sat up straight.

"No, who?" Lana crossed her arms expecting her
boyfriend's name to come tumbling out of her mouth.

"Lex." Chloe cringed waiting for a shriek of hysteria
to emit from her roommate's mouth.

She looked up at Lana who had her eyes fixed on
something behind Chloe. Chloe turned to see none
other than Lex himself sitting across from a brunette,
he raised her hand to his lips and kissed it lightly,
making the woman across from him giggle profusely.

"Oh, give me a fucking break!" Chloe muttered and
laughter poured from Lana's mouth before she slapped
her hand over it. Chloe smiled up at Lana turning her
back on Lex. "What?" She asked innocently.

"Think we should let our presence be known?" Lana
grinned and folded her cloth napkin into a tiny
    square.

"Nah. Let him have some play time." Chloe grinned
and the waiter approached them. Just as music started
to play the man offered her his hand.

"Madam would you care to dance?" The waiter asked her
    in a thick Italian accent.

She shrugged as she saw other waiters doing the same
around the restaurant. "Sure." She stood and took
the man's hand as he spun her around beside the table.
She laughed and smiled up at him as she came to a
halt in his arms. "Madam is a naturel." He smiled
down at her and winked leading her in the dance to the
three violinists wandering over to them. He placed a
hand on her lower back bring her lower body flush with
his and the other hand holding hers loosely away from
their bodies as he stepped forward and she stepped
back and they alternated. When the song was done she
was dipped and found she was grinning upside down to a
    smiling Lana.

As the waiter pulled her back up to him he twirled her
and then sat her back down. "Gratzi." She commented
and he winked at her. "It was my pleasure, madam.
Now, can I take your order?" His accent strong and
thick still. She flushed from the exertion and her
    and Lana placed their orders.

"Oooh, he's looking over here." Lana whispered across
    the table.

Chloe shrugged. "Well, I guess if he sees something
    he likes..."

"Miss Sullivan, I didn't realize you danced so well."
Lex came up beside her with his date on his arm.

She raised an eyebrow at him. 'And I didn't know you
wore silicone so well.' She clenched her mouth shut
tightly biting her cheeks. "Mr. Luthor." she nodded
her head to him and bit back another remark at the
faraway expression on his bimbo's face. "I had an
incredible partner." As if on cue her dance
partner/waiter appeared with her tea and set it in
front of her bowing and taking her hand to place a
feather light kiss on it. He turned on his heel and
    walked away.

She grinned up at Lex. "I'm thinking I'd like to
    visit Italy some time."

Lex's features were calm but his eyes showed a
    stormier version.

"Lex...can we go...please. You promised." His date
tugged on the sleeve of his dark suit jacket. Chloe
cocked her head to the side.

"Yes, Lex, wouldn't want to keep the woman waiting
would you?" Chloe smiled sweetly to hide the
    bitterness in her tone.

The waiter returned once again asking Chloe for a
dance and she stood brushing past Lex. His arm
reached out around her waist and turned her to look at
him. She stood shocked in place. Lana's mouth wide
open. His date stepped back with a huff. The waiter
grinned at her and nodded his head. Lex took her in
his arms and danced slowly with her as other waiters
and couples did the same. She looked up at him and
    grinned.

"You're date's getting jealous." Chloe warned
    teasingly.

"Good." He replied pulling her closer to him. She
    backed away.

"Lex, I really don't think I'd be good for PR." She
slid out of his arms and took her seat. He stared
    down at her.

"Well, good afternoon." He said and walked away
    casually.

Lana just fixed her gaze upon Chloe and the tears that
were starting to form in her eyes. "He was supposed
to say, 'Who cares?'" Lana shut her mouth and nodded.

"He will. One day." Lana reached over and held her
hand reassuringly and made promises she couldn't make
come true. "One day he'll make it up to you."

Chloe nodded and stabbed at her breadstick. "I'm not
    hungry."

    Chapter 7:

Monday Morning Chloe stared at the plain white screen
on her computer willing herself to write something...
anything! She tapped her fingers on the desk and
heard a knock on the Torch door. "Come In!" She
yelled over the music she had turned up. She had a
half hour before the first bell rang and she was
attempting to rewrite Clark's article. No matter how
many dictionaries the boy read Chloe had a feeling
he'd never be able to write a decent article on his
    own.

"Hey." Eddie said as he peeked his head in. "Is the
coast clear?" He grinned delightfully and Chloe
    smiled at him.

"Oh, yeah, sorry, just racking my brain trying to get
Clark's work translated to English." Chloe resumed
    tapping her fingers.

Eddie entered the room holding out a bouqet of
    wildflowers.

She stood up and smiled. "Wow, they're beautiful,
    thanks."

He shook his head. "Nope. No need to thank me, they
were in front of the door. I brought you this." He
held a coffee out in front of him and she grinned.

"Much better than flowers." She replied and kissed
    his cheek.

He set the flowers down on her desk and a card fell to
the floor. She bent down and picked it up. Opening
the card she narrowed her eyes at the writing on the
outside of it. 'For Chloe'. 'Hmmm.' She mentally
ran through the list of people who would feel the need
    to send her these.

Eddie was now behind her and wrapped his arms around
her waist in a backwards hug. "So are you going to
    read it or just stare?"

She grinned up at him turning her head to face him and
pulled the card out. When she looked back down the
    note caught her off guard.

'Please accept my deepest apology for Sunday. The
    flowers reminded me of you.

    Lex'

She turned the card over and his cell number was on
    the back.

"I thought you two weren't dating." Eddie's arms fell
    from around her waist.

"No, we aren't. We just ran into eachother yesterday
and he was acting like a jerk." She turned to face
    him.

"So you and him aren't an item right? Because I
really like you, Chloe. I do." He put his hands on
her shoulders and she stepped up to him giving him a
    hug.

"There's no chance of Lex and I ever having a
relationship. There are too many obstacles in the
way. You being one of them." She winked at him and
he grinned and pulled her into a kiss.

A kiss that did absolutely nothing to her. 'Damn.'
she thought. Instead she reciprocated, thinking about
Lex and his lips she was kissing. The kiss turned
wild and before she knew it she was on top of her
    desk.

"Woah. Hold on." Chloe strangled out.

"What?" He looked down at her, his dark brown eyes
    shimmering with hope.

"It's just, this is a little fast. I mean, we only
met on Friday and yes, you brought me coffee, and I
appreciate that, but this has really got to slow
    down."

Eddie nodded in agreement. He stepped back from her
and frowned. "Are we still going to the dance?"

Chloe hopped off the desk. "Oh, yeah, of course."
She walked over to the stereo and turned it off. "By
the way, my dress is red." She grinned at him and
sauntered back over to him swinging her hips. "So
what time ya gonna pick me up."

He grabbed her hand and pressed the palm of it to his
    lips. "Is 7 too early?"

She grinned. "Nope. 7 is perfect."

The bell rang and Chloe swore under her breath. "I've
got to go, I'll talk to you later?" She said
    hopefully.

"Definitely." he replied with a small smile before
watching her walk out the door.

He turned and looked at the flowers that lay on her
desk. "Looks like I have my work cut out for me."

He turned on his heel and walked away leaving the card
    exactly where it lay.

A/N: Sorry people, my ezboard's wigging out on me, so I'll finish updating this tomorrow. Hope you are all enjoying it so far. ~B

Chloe, you need to dump Eddie. Lex is the only man for you and you know it.
