Jen, if you've registered a real e-mail address, you will recieve an e-mail from us (automatic e-mail) informing you that you need to update your subcription soon if you want to continue having the gold membership I also think it tells you what you have to do etc

CC, you'll need a graphic programme to make avatars. Try looking in the Arts section, and ask there Or you can just take an avatar from the NS Gallery, save it to your harddrive, and then upload it here in your UserCP
