by chapter 26 I had narrowed down to Deidre or Elsie with the edge being towards Deidre only to change my mind by chapter 28 to definitely Elsie ...

was sorry to see that nonky couldn't complete the epilogue to this wonderful story but very thankful for skauble picking up the mantle and completing on her behalf...thanks so much for an awesome read

I can't remember whether I've read this before as parts of it seem familiar, but I got the chance to read it in its entirety this weekend and was hooked. I especially likes your use of Lionel and my favorite plot point - instant marriage.

Even though I started reading this knowing it was complete, I definitely felt every cliff hanger. And boy was I glad that you overcame your computer and other troubles.

My two favorite things were the definition of friends and this:
There was relief in seeing the worst and letting it hurt you as much as it could, then turning your back on it and leaving it behind. There was hope in giving up the struggles of the past.
