Summary: A little poem about forbidden love
A/N: So today Ernie and I are really depressed and what better way then to write a poem and make other people sad, don’t know why but this poem really made me sad, felt like crying after I wrote it, I’ll probably will soon, Ernie cried, he’s such a baby, but I love him, he’s my inspiration, yes I know he’s a computer, but I still love him *hugs computer and gives him a little pat*

Star struck
He meets her under the star struck night
When the moon shines so enlightening bright
Where flowers bloom below the crooked tree
Along the stream of the glistening sea
He takes her into a sweet embrace
Wiping away tears, as his hand cups her face
He gives her a rose to banish all her fears
She gives him a kiss for all those long years
Love between them is by all forbidden
That’s why our lovers must keep it hidden
As they dance to the music playing in their ears
The world around them no longer appears
This night belong to the lovers alone
As their beating hearts entwine to one
Glances and touches burn like an endless fire
But their hope is sadly beginning to tire
They cannot stand being apart
It is slowly crushing their entwined heart
She reaches up, stretching for the stars
Silently asking why the world is to them so harsh
He cups her face again and their eyes meet
Lips connect in a needing blistering heat
They tried to love free, but it brought them hate
As much as he loved her, he could not put her through that fate
As our lovers pull away, there’s so much left to say
But now they have to go their separate way
Our lovers shall for now part
But their love is still beating in one entwined heart
