This is just a sweet short story you have here. I thought the song lyrics went really well with the story and I liked how you worked them in. I really wouldn’t be too worried at the sap level. It’s expected in the short sweet ones. One thing you might want to watch out for are the author’s interjections in the story. They really break up the plow of the story and are distracting. If you would leave them out the story would be that much better.

Overall I really liked it. Thanks for writing.
