So I can soooooo see Lex talking to Thor-a. Chloe finally got him to open up to a person, and now that that person is 'gone' he still needs an outlet for all the talking that he has become accustomed to.

This was a wonderful update!
I think the part that killed me the most was Lionel's reaction: he wants Lex to have Chloe in his life to keep him from becoming like Lionel. Lionel had Lillian but he lost her--not just in her death, but also in his treatment of her. Lionel wants better for Lex, and that is the essence of being a good father.
Chloe's crying scene also killed me, especially her anger at her dad--the Sullivans are to close to let this tear them apart for long. I hope.
And I loved Lex's relief that Chloe doesn't hate him--she got him a cat for God's sake.

I just hate that everyone's so miserable...love the story though. I'm very pleased you gave us Thor-a as a little bit of happy in this chapter. Keep up the great work; this truly is one of my favorite stories.
So now that everyone's unhappy, there's only one way to go right...up ?? Or do they all have to hit rock bottom, and I for one can't believe that Chloe still hasn't figured out the DeHaven stuff, some invesagative reporter, she's been working on it forever now.
