Wonderful! I hoped that somehow Lionel might be given a chance for redemption in the end, even though there was no logical or 'just' reason for Lex to forgive him for those many years of abuse, but I couldn't imagine a credible way to bring that about. And yet, you did it! A perfect ending. :)

Blue and I left the Smallville fandom around 2009/2010. I don't think Blue ever returned to any kind of fandom after that. We've sadly lost touch over the years. I am still writing. I still put out fanfic (for different fandoms now) under the same name. You can find me on AO3.
