Updated Forum Rules/Terms of Agreement
NS uses Google Adsense to deliver ads tailored to each user, and Google recently updated their Advertising Cookie and Privacy Policies. And as a result of that, I've updated the forum rules/terms of agreement that you agreed to when you first registered here on NS, and is now implemented for all users, new or old.
The changes made is reflected below:
