Title : The Tortoise and The Kryptonite

Disclaimer: I only own this story, not Smallville and it's characters.
Pairings: Chlex, Chlark
Summary: My Smallville take on the classic story, The Tortoise and The Hare.
Author's Note: I was bored during lunch today, so I decided to write this short little thing. Hopefully it's not too dum. :biggrin:
"Ok guys," Chloe raised a pistol into the air.
"Whoever wins the race, will get to have sex with me," a look of anticipation went accross both Clark and Lex's face.
"Get ready, set," Chloe fired the gun, "GO!"
Of course Clark was a half a mile ahead of Lex, when Chloe said go. Lex ran as fast as he could, but as figured, that wasn't enough. After almost completing the race, Clark decided to take a nap next to some corn stalks. He figured he would wake before Lex got close to him.
Sometime Later...
When Lex caught up, Clark was still fast asleep. Lex quietly walked over to him, and took out a chunk of Kryptonite. Before it effected Clark, Lex attached the Kryptonite to Clark. Clark quickly woke in pain.
"Sorry Clark, but I don't like to lose, " Lex let out a laugh.
"No hard feels," Clark didn't answer, he was in too much pain.
"Well, gotta go," Lex continued for the finish line.
As much as Clark tried, he just couldn't remove the Kryptonite. So he just continued laying there, hurting.
When Lex finished the race, Chloe was there waiting.
"Were's Clark?"
"Lana was back there aways," Lex drank some water.
"Huh," Lex took Chloe's hand, and took her to his waiting car.
"I guess he just truely didn't want to win. So, were's the lucky place gonna be?"
