Lex and Chloe are sitting in his office. Lex is eating a lolipop

Lex: You can't handle me Chloe.

Chloe gets furious at Lex for saying such a thing.

Chloe: I can so handle you!

Lex: Nu huh.

Chloe: Yes huh!

Lex: Nu huh!

Chloe: If I can't handle you then who can?

Lex: Lana.

Chloe: Oh you stuck up son of a....

Lex: Language Ms. Sullivan.

Chloe: I can so handle you Lex. I'm a big girl.

Lex: Are you? Can you handle me Chloe?

Lex sits up straight and leans his elbows on his knees, and looks Chloe in the eye. Chloe is speehcless.

Lex: See?

Chloe: What does Lana have that I don't?

Lex: There is nothing that Lana has that you don't.

Chloe: If you say Lana one more time, I'll slap your face so hard, that it'll be red for weeks.

Lex: Are you threatening me Ms. Sullivan?

Chloe: No. It's a promise.

Lex: Lana

Chloe starts to get iritated

Chloe: I mean it Lex.

Lex: Lana, Lana, Lana

Lex sits next to Chloe on the sofa, and whispers in her ear.

Lex: Lana.

Chloe: Lana Lang is a biatch.

Lex: Wow Ms. Sullivan. I didn't know you were jealous.

Lex licks his lolipop

Chloe: I'm not jealous.

Lex: Are so

Chloe: Are not!

Lex: Are too!

Chloe: Are not!

Lex: Lana, Lana, Lana

Chloe slaps Lex across the face.

Lex: Thank you Chloe. I needed to get Lana off my mind. She is too much for me, that when I think about her sometimes I get sick to my stomach.

Chloe bursts into laughter, and Lex smiles.

Chloe: So can I handle you now?

Lex: No.

Chloe: But!

Lex: Shhhh

Lex leans in to kiss her.

Lex: Can you run an empire, a coffee shop, and the world?

Chloe looks at Lex confused.

Chloe: I...

Lex: I'm waiting.

Chloe: But you don't run the Talon. Martha does. You only stop in to visit.

Lex: Chloe. I own the Talon.

Chloe: So? I practically own the Torch.

Lex: So you own one little news paper. I'm talking about the world Chloe. Think about. With you by my side, it will make it all the more interesting.

Chloe: I guess I could....

Lex: Not guess Chloe. It's either yes or no.

Chloe: Yes. Yes I am able to handle you.... but why do you need my permision? I'm already your girlfriend.

Lex: I was merely testing you.

Chloe: WTF?

Lex: Language Ms. Sullivan. Now come, we must take over The Talon.

Chloe: But you OWN the Talon.

Lex: That's what they want you to think.

Chapter Two: Taking over the Talon....

Chloe and Lex walk in the Talon. Lex puts on his shades for pizzaz. Chloe looks at him and rolls her eyes.

Chloe: Lex, were not men in black.

Lex: Just lookin good Chloe. Just lookin good.

Lex strides in and sits down at a table. Chloe is still by the front door, feeling a bit ticked at her boyfriend. Lex motions for her to sit next to him. She follows his lead. Lex leans in to whisper to her.

Lex: Follow my lead.

Chloe nods her head.

Lex: So Ms. Sullivan you want the deeds to the Talon?

Lex says in a loud voice so Lana can hear.

Chloe: Yes Mr. Luthor.

Lex is feeling a little more like roll playing, and leans his elbows on the table.

Lex: What can you do for the Talon Ms. Sullivan? Can you run it as well as Lana has in the past? Can you handle the coffee rush hour in the wee hours of the morning? Are you willing to wake up at 5:30 am every morning for work?

Lex keeps badgering her and Chloe is looking at him wide eyed with horror. It seems to be working because Lana is staring in there direction. Lex quickly glances at Lana, and then Lana quickly looks away as she dries off a mug. Chloe is speechless.

Lex: This is the part where you're supposed to answer.

Chloe: *whispers* I'm a little ticked off because you weren't supposed be acting THAT good.

Lex: Ah, jealous much?

Chloe: Of your acting? Never.

Lex: You're jealous Chloe.

Lex leans into his chair triumphently.

Chloe: I am so not jealous of your acting.....

Lana is watching them argue and is wondering if Chloe really is going to buy the Talon.

Clark: Hey Lana, what's up?

Lana: Huh? Oh nothing.

Lana smiles at Clark assuring him that she is fine.

Chloe gets up and yells.
Chloe: I AM NOT JEALOUS!

Clark: Hey what's going on?

Chloe: Lex won't give me the deeds to the Talon.

Lana: So it is true?

Chloe: Is what true?

Lana: Are you buying the Talon?

Chloe looks at Lex for help. Lex just looks back with no answer.

Lex: Well, I don't know how she's going to do it, with no job.

Chloe: *whispers* Can I borrow a million?

Lex: *clears throat*

Chloe: I'll pay you back.

Lex: Now how are you going to pay me back a million dollars?

Chloe: Way to ruin everything Lex. I thought you wanted to take over the Talon, not give our plan away.

Lana: Wait, you guys planed this?

Chloe and Lex look to the floor.

Lana: I can't believe you two. After all the hard work and effort I put through to keep this place running.

Lex: Are you forgetting that I'm the one that keeps it open?

Lana: *scoffs* I can't believe you Lex Luthor.

Lana storms off to clean more mugs. Clark follows after her.

Lex: Well that went well.

Chloe: Well? WELL!?

Lex: Language Ms. Sullivan.

Chloe: But I didn't even sw-

Lex: Shhh! Come, let's go home. Will come back tomorrow.

Chapter Three

Chloe and Lex return to the Talon the next day wearing all black, and shades no less. Due to Lex's odd behavior. ;) Chloe thought Lex was on *something*, but she couldn't quite figure what it was.

Lex: Now go up there and over throw the queen.

Chloe: *sighs annoyingly* You're such a,

Lex: Shhh! Now go. Before they see us.

Chloe: You're a nut.

Lex: Just doing my job Sullivan.

Lex adjusted his shades and went to go sit at a table. Lana was listening in.

Lana: There's mutany afoot.

Choe goes up to the counter and orders a non fat latte.

Chloe: Hi Lana. I'll take a non fat latte.

Lana: Sure Chloe. Comin right up.

Lana goes to make Chloe's order.

Clark: Hey Chloe. 'Sup?

Chloe: *Chloe jumps and turns around startled* What?

Clark: Relax Chloe. Why are you so jumpy?

Lana: Mutany, mutany, mutany....

Chloe: I don't know what you mean?

Lana: Clark, can I see you in the back?

Clark: Sure.

Lana and Clark exit to the back room. Lex comes up to Chloe, and sighs annoyingly.

Lex: Nice going agent Sullivan.

Chloe: I don't see why you can't just fire her, and put me in charge!

Lex: That would be taking the easy way out.

Chloe: Ugh! You're so frustrating! Let me guess.... you're just doing your job? And what would your job be?

Lex: To take over the Talon.

Chloe: Argh! Men!

In the back room Lana and Clark are talking.

Lana: Clark, there's mutany afoot!

Clark: What?

Lana: Chloe and Lex are trying too!

Clark: Lana, I don't think Lex would try to kill you.

Lana: No! There trying to!

Clark: Lana, are you sure you're not on something?

Lana: Clark, would you please let me finish my sentences?!!!!

Clark: Go ahead. Big baby.

Lana: I am not a baby!

Clark: Are so.

Lana: Are not.

Clark: Are so.

Lana: Not!

Clark: So!

Back in the Talon....

Chloe: I wonder what's taking them so long?

Lex: We should come back later.

Chloe: Lex, you're not double o seven!

Lex: Says who?

Chloe: Me!

Lex: I see. How does that make you feel?

Chloe? WTF?

Lex: Language please agent 006. *Lex winks at Chloe*

Chloe rolls her eyes.

Chloe: You're such a pest.

Lex: Are not.

Chloe: Are so.

Lex: Are not.

Chloe: Are so!

Lex: Noooooooooo!

Chloe puts her hand on her forehead in agony.

Chloe: Why me?

Clark and Lana come out of the back room.

Lana: There's mutany afoot. I can smell it from here!

Chapter Four:

Lana looks at Chloe with narrow eyes. Before Lana can speak Chloe sobs.

Chloe: Why am I with such a horrible boyfriend, who won't do what I say? Why?!

Lex: Chloe.

Chloe: Lex you are so complicated!

Chloe goes out of the Talon in tears. Lex looks at Clark and Lana confused.

Lana: Lex what was that about? Mutany...

Lex: I don't know. You know she didn't have her coffee today, maybe that was it. I'll have a non fat latte if you don't mind.

Lana: Actually I made her one but she didn't pay for it yet.

Lex: It's on the house, thanks.

Lex takes the coffee from Lana, and heads out.

Clark: Ok what was that about?

Lana: I don't know, but they're up to something.

Clark: Lana you're so paranoid. You need to relax.

Lana: How can I relax when they're plotting against me? Heck I'm even serving them coffee! Why don't I just give them blue berry muffins while I'm add it?

Lana goes back behind the counter in disgust.

Clark: Women.

Outside Lex gives Chloe her coffee. Chloe takes it and takes a sip.

Lex: Nice acting in there really. It was great.

Chloe: I wasn't acting Lex.

Lex: What?

Chloe: I still don't understand why you just go over there and fire her.

Lex: Chloe, Chloe, Chloe. That would be taking the easy way out. Don't you want to be a corprate villain?

Chloe: A corprate villain wouldn't take the "hard road" Lex.

Lex: Well you're right about that. How's the coffee babe?

Chloe: Did you call me a swine?

Lex: What me? No.

Chloe: Men are such dirt.

Chloe gets in Lex's car and starts it up.

Lex: Hey! Where'd you get my keys?

Chloe rolls down the window to talk to Lex.

Chloe: Why you were busy talking I slipped my hand in your pocket and grabbed them. I'm surprise you didn't feel my hand, because well you're good at that...

Lex: Nice one Chlo. You're going to be a villain just yet.

Chloe: I look forward to it. Now are you coming into to discuss our next act of villainy?

Lex: I love a hot women with a taste for adventure. Meow!

Back inside the Talon Clark is trying to calm down Lana.

Clark: Lana I don't think Lex would try to "over throw" you.

Lana: You obvisouly don't know Lex.

Clark: I've known him longer then you.

Lana: Whatever. I know mutany when I see it and it's Chloe and Lex. Those two are insane.

Clark: And your not?

Lana: I am not insane!

Clark: I didn't say you were.

Lana: But that's what you meant.

Clark rolls his eyes. Back outside in Lex's car Chloe and Lex are talking about there next plan of action.

Lex: What I think you should do, is go in there when everyone has left, and take some money from the cash register, and...

Chloe: Hold it! You want me to rob the Talon?! What the **** are you on?

Lex: Please Chloe! Didn't your mother ever tell you to wash your mouth out with soap, after you swore?

Chloe rolls her eyes.

Chloe: It's not you've ever swore Mr. Luthor.

Lex: The heck I haven't. Now anyways before I was so rudely interupted. If you go in there and take from the cash register, then the police will come, then I'll be in charge. That's when I take over.

Chloe: You're on something Lex. I know you.

Lex: I'm just high on you babe.

Chloe: I can't believe this.

Lex: I know I can't either. You hot thing.

Chloe shakes her head and rolls her eyes.[/Ii]

Lex: Are you thinking what I'm thinking?

[I]Lex shifts his eyes twice.

Chloe: Alright you want me to go in there and b*tch slap Lana?

Lex: Whatever works honey.

Chloe: We're never going to get anywhere like this.

Lex: I need a drink. Are you thirsty?

Chloe: I have coffee, or... oh I know what you mean. I'll drive.

Lex: You read my mind hot mama.

After a few drinks Lex isn't himself. They are at a bar in mid afternoon no less. Who goes to a bar in the middle of the afternoon?

Lex: Woo! Hit me again!

Chloe: I think you've had enough Lex.

Lex: I'll tell you when I've had enough! Have a drink yourself Chloe don't be shy.

Chloe: I'm the freakin D.D you son of a

Lex: Ah ah watch your mouth before I wash it out with soap.

The bar tender pours Lex another shot glass or two.

Lex: Don't you just love Smallville on a sunny afternoon?

Chloe: You hate Smallville.

Lex: Who said?

Chloe: When you first came here. Freak.

Lex: I think they should change it to Lexville. I like the sound of that.

Chloe: I think they should change it to loonyville.

Lex: What's the matter babe? You don't like the meteor freaks? Haha.

Chloe: Would you liked to be chased after week after week?

Lex: I sort of am Chloe doe.

Chloe: Your impossible. Can we go home now?

Lex: Not until I've got the Talon wrapped around my finger.

Chloe: But you freakin OWN the Talon!

Lex: To get to the top you must work your way up. Let's go. I'm driving.

Chloe: I don't think so Lex. You can barely walk.

Lex stumbles around a bit.

Lex: This is how I always walk Chloe.

Chloe: No it's not. You only walk like that on Friday nights. ;)

Lex: True, true. Let's go take over the Talon. Then will take over Luthorcorp!

Chloe: How did I end up with this guy?

Chapter Five

Lex stumbled into his office at the mansion. Chloe wondered how much longer he would stay awake, until he passed out from too much alcohol. He rarely ever passed out, but this was one of those moments where he could pass out at any given moment. Chloe's favorite job when that happen was watching him sleep. He just looked so cute when he sleeped. She couldn't help but run her fingers down his cheek. She was carefull not to wake him because boy when he gets disturbed in his sleep, it ain't pretty. ;) As if Lex hasn't had enough alcohol he goes to his table of drinks, and pours another. Chloe is amazed at this guy. He's on the verge of passing out, and he has yet another drink. This guy is insane! Chloe rolls her eyes and Lex catches her.

Lex: I'm sorry did you want a drink?

Chloe: I'm underage Lex. If you haven't noticed.

Lex: Yes but you're a very hot underage girl. Meow!

Chloe: Lex, please. I think you've had enough.

Chloe goes to take the drink from Lex's hand but he snatches it away.

Lex: Mine! Here I'll pour you some if you want.

Lex goes to pour Chloe a drink but Chloe protests. Lex forces the drink on her lips and she takes a sip and chokes a little spilling scotch down her shirt.

Chloe: Lex! I just had this shirt washed! By the way that tastes awfull.

Lex: Not to me. If you don't finish it I will.

Chloe's first response was finish the damn drink! So she quickly snatched it from his hands and gulped the shot in one gulp.

Lex: Do you want some more?

Chloe: No!!!!!

Lex: Fine then. More for me.

Chloe: Lex

Lex: Chloe

Chloe: You're so impossible!

Lex: No I'm Mission: Impossible! Ha!

Chloe: You're so...

Lex: Hot?

Lex was making googly eyes with her.

Chloe: Besides that. Sometimes you just wanna make me..

Lex stumbles backward.

Lex: Woah.. is it me or is the room falling?

Chloe is dazed and confused. Lex passes out on the floor with a thud.

Chloe: Now it's my turn.

Chloe manages to pick Lex up and take her to his bedroom. He was heavy but she could manage.

Chloe: Geeze Lex, how much do you weigh?

Chloe made it to Lex's room just in time before she would collapse on the floor. She put him on his bed, and pulled the covers up close, and got in bed with him. She heard him moan. His breath stunk of alcohol but she just loved watching him sleep. She ran the back of her fingers down his cheek.

Chloe: I love you.

She kissed him lightly on the lips so as not to disturb him. The next morning or afternoon rather Lex woke up with a killer head ache. Chloe was already out of bed. She was on the couch in his office reading the news paper.

Chloe: Good afternoon Lex.

Lex: I had a dream that you kissed me.

Chloe: Well I did but you were asleep.

Lex: Why didn't you wait till I was awake?

Chloe: I know how long you sleep if no one wakes you up.

Lex: I see. Then why did you let me sleep in till 4 in the afternoon? You know I'll be up all night.

Chloe slapped her hand on her forehead in agony.

Chloe: $#@*&

Lex chuckled and sat beside Chloe on the sofa. He placed his arm around her.

Lex: Don't worry Chlo. My sweet Chlo. That'll give us plenty of time to take over the Talon.

Chloe: Nooooo! Why can't you just give up on this? You freakin own the Talon!

Lex: Calm down Chloe. It'll be a matter of time where I will run it!

Chloe: You do run it! If you want to work there, then step in and help!

Lex: That's the easy way out as I've said before. Now let's go get some coffee. My treat.

Chloe rolled her eyes and went with her insane boyfriend to his own building. Which he practically owned.

Lois: Hi Lex Chloe. What'll it be today?

Chloe: Asperin if you have it.

Lex: Chloe you don't have a head ache.

Chloe: No but I will.

Lex: Just the regular. Is Lana in?

Lois: No she's off with Clark.

Lex: Damn.

Lois: Why?

Lex: Oh no reason. So how has it been today?

Lois: Dead. Funny it seems it's more busy when Lana is here.

Chloe: It must be her spell blinding beauty.

Lex: Hahaha

Lois: Whatever. Here are your coffees.

Chloe and Lex go sit at the couch.

Lex: Can I have some asperin? I have this weird head ache.

Chloe: It's because you drank too much last night remember?

Lex: Oh yeah. Hey you had some too. We should do that more often.

Chloe: Nooooo!

Chloe runs out of the Talon for fear of her life.

Clark is talking with Chloe. Chloe has tears down her eyes.

Clark: Chloe, what's wrong?

Chloe wipes away her tears.

Chloe: Nothing Clark.

Clark: I'm not buying it Chloe. Please tell me what's wrong.

Chloe: Just.... it's just that Lex wants to do something and I think it's crazy!

Clark: Does he want to sky dive again? Really do you know how long my hair stuck up?

Chloe laughs

Chloe: Yeah I remember. You're hair was up for weeks. Where as Lex couldn't hear for a few days. I had to scream just so he could hear me.

Clark: So what are you going to do?

Chloe: I'm going to kill him.

Clark: Not literally I hope.

Chloe: Yup.

Chloe goes back in the Talon and sees Lex talking with Lana. Lex is leaning over the counter. Chloe gets furious. Her blood begins to boil.

Chloe: Not my boyfriend you don't!

Chloe storms up to Lex and she slaps his face a bit to get him out of shock.

Lex: What the hell?

Chloe: You know how I feel when you're intament with Lana!

Lex: Chloe, I've never been intament with Lana. We were just talking.

Chloe: But still! You're my boyfriend, not hers!

Lex: Chloe, I need you to relax ok? Lana was just giving me a new taste on the latest latte. Here want some?

Lex offeres Chloe his cup but Chloe refues. Lex takes a sip.

Lex: It's really good. It's got a kick.

Lana: I put mountain dew in it. Muhaha. He'll be up for hours. Try to mutany me will ya!

Chloe: Lex

Lex: Fine will go home. Are you done crying?

Chloe: I wasn't crying.

Lex: Were so

Chloe: Were not!

Lex: Were so!

Chloe: Not!

Lex: So!

Clark: Here they go again.

Lana: Yeah tell me about it. All they do is seem to argue.

Chloe: Chloe scoffs Look at you two. *gag*

Chloe and Lex leave the Talon.

Clark: What was that all about?

Lana: She's just jealous.

Clark: Of what?

Lana: Because I'm beautiful then her.

Clark: Lana.

Lana: Whatever Clark. Want some coffee? Lana smiles evilly

Back at the mansion Lex feels a bit wired. There is something strange in the coffee it seems.

Lex: Let's play heart and soul Chloe. Come on.

Lex sits down at the piano bench, and opens the piano and starts playing.

Chloe: I don't feel like it.

Lex: Come on Chloe. You used to love this.

Chloe: Key word "used". I'm not in the mood Lex. Why can't you just fire Lana.

Lex: Why don't you do it.

Chloe: What?

Lex: You're not the boss of me Chlo.

Chloe: I didn't say I was.

Lex: But you keep giving me demands. I don't give into them easily.

Chloe: What about the weird stuff you do around the mansion?

Lex: That's private Chlo. If you tell anyone! And I mean Anyone! That we play tag boy I'll..

Chloe: Relax Lex I haven't told anyone. Besides I like playing tag with you.

Lex: Come on Chlo. You know you wanna play heart and soul. It'll be good for you.

Lana: Oh great so you have no idea why were together.

Chloe and Lex are in bed and Lex is tossing and turning. He can't sleep whatsoever. There must've been something in that coffee he drank. Lex flips off his covers. He looks over at Chloe and nudges her.

Lex: Chloe, Chloe wake up!

Chloe moans and rolls over facing away from Lex.

Lex: Chloe!

Chloe: Not now. Can't it wait?

Lex: Chloe, I can't sleep.

Chloe: That's not my problem it's yours.

Lex: You know I get fussy when I can't sleep.

Chloe: Maybe it was that coffee you drank.

Lex: The coffee! Lana!

Chloe: Don't say that name in my presence. I forbid it. And I forbid you to ever think about her.

Lex: Your rules and regulations are a bit much huh?

Chloe: You know how I feel about her.

Lex: I know. What am I supposed to do?!

Chloe: Fire her and let me run the shop.

Lex: I guess it wouldn't hurt but that's her baby Chloe.

Chloe: I thought you were a villain Lex? What ever happen to bad boy Lex that I used to know and love? Are you willing to fire her and let me take over?

Lex sighs

Lex: Fine first thing tomorrow morning. If I can get to sleep...

The Talon bright and early.... Lana is opening up shop as happy and content as could be. Until Lex walks in. His eyes are a bit droopy from lack of sleep.

Lana: Oh Lex. You look awfull.

Lex: Yes I couldn't sleep. I think it had to deal with the coffee you gave me.

Lana: Yes the coffee...

Lex: About that you're fired.

Lana: What?!

Lex: Effective imidiately.

Lana: This is my home! Where am I supposed to go?

Lex: You will be living with the Kents. It's all set up. I'm sure Clark will be very happy.

Lana: Thanks I suppose.

Lex: And Lana,

The next morning Lana wakes up in Clark's bed but Clark is downstairs. She feels that her hair is shorter. She gets worried and runs to the bathroom. She is mortified when she sees the color. Bright red. She screams bloody murder. She sees a note from Chloe on her sink.

If you ever take or touch my man again, you'll have something more worse to worry about then short red hair. ~Chloe.
