Okay this is my first post here so be gental

Summary:Chloe says something, and Lex over hears.
Rating: NC 17 (soon not this first chapter, unless I feel friendly.)
Disclaimer: Um I do not own Smallville or its charicters, cause if I did Michael would never leave my room...
Spoilers:Um none really because I am just popping this out with out any inspiration from the show, minus Lex and Chloe.

oh and quick note I hate Lana and Clark so hopefully lots of bashing.

THE STORY STARTS HERE


"Lana,no. I do not want to be set up with some guy from school." Chloe sighed as she spoke to the stupid brunette. ' Especially not one you pick out.' She finished mentally.

Lana put her hands on her hips, not intimidating considering that she had an apron on from working tables, and gave one of her looks.
"Chloe when was the last time you had an actual date? I mean with a guy you want to date, not Pete or Clark..." Lana said as Chloe started to answer.

Chloe had stopped wanting to be romantic with Clark a few months ago, and Lana felt safe knowing that her own romance was not in jepardy, makeing her want everyone else to be happily dating too.

"I think the reason you have been so crabby lately is sexual frustration. I live in the room next to yours, I hear you when you...well... you know." Lana trailed off.

"Lana it is okay, masturbate is a word you are allowed to say, everyone does it." Chloe muttered astonished by the girls ability to be embaressed. Especially since for Clarks 18th birthday Lana started having sex with him, and continued to since.

"And yeah of course that is what is wrong with me, why didn't I see it before? I need to get laid!" Chloe said not even bothering to lower her voice.

" Now that is not something I expected to hear when I came in for coffee." Lex said from right behind her. He had walked in while they were talking and had stood behind Chloe's booth, just in time for her statement.

"Lex" Lana said in greeting before sneaking away. Even though they owned the Talon together Lana still was not comfortable around Lex.

"Lex, the bane of my existence. Let me get my sunglasses to protect my eyes from the shine off your scalp." Chloe said without turning around and instead took a sip out of her cup.

"You know Chloe, I could have some one go to your home, and ....take care...of your little problem." He smirked as he slid into the booth seat next to her, just as his own coffee was delivered by a waitress.

"I doubt anyone you know has the ability to 'take care' of it." Chloe responded before sliding out the other side of the booth and turning towards the door "Now if you will excuse me, I have a paper to work on." With that she swept out of the Talon and to her car which was parked in front, since she was usually the first one there. Fumbling with her keys she started talking to herself in slight anger

" Who does he think he is, comming in there and getting me all worked up like that... And I have to go to school! I should go back in there and give him a taste of his own medicine, Lick his head or something." Then she started thinking her words, but still mouthed the words like she always did when she was upset.
'Now I have to go to school, look up some good porn, get it out of my system, hopefully before my class starts.... Ohhh I should sex him up' Chloe then climbed in her car after finnally getting the old door open, and drove away.

Lex sat in the seat she had left him in shock shooting through his brain. He had watched her talk to herself, the first part rather predictable. The rest was nothing short of amazing. Chloe Sullivan, the Daughter of his plant manager, and 17-soon-to-be-18 high school student wanted to 'sex him up'

Lex was now grateful he had learned to read lips from his father, he could have Chloe. The girl haunting him since he had realised she would be 18, and there for available to him.

Chloe had always been an ideal he wans't sure he wanted to measure his women agenst, so he dated brunnetes, tall and model thin, even in the breasts and butt. The exact opposite of Chloe, petite, blonde and well proportioned. Now to plan.



OKAY PAY ATTENTION!!!! this part is going to have sexual actions, in it. Graphicly so. If you don't want to read it THEN WHY ARE YOU IN THIS SECTION!!!



"Lexxx...." A female voice called from out side his bed room door. Lex sat up, the black 400 thread count silk sheet sliding to his waist.

"Come in..." Lex called cautiously inching his hand into his bedside drawer for the hand gun he kept there, too many women had tried to kill him. Slowly the door opened and he saw a blonde walk in her back turned as she closed the door..

" Chl..." He cleared his throat " Chloe?" She turned and his mouth opened then closed almost comicly.

Chloe was wearing a silky nightgown, in daisy yellow, and her feet were bare. The hem of it only reached her upper thighs and Lex was struck at the sight of her legs. Long and the most amazing peach color.

"What.. What are you doing here?" He said.
"This is your punishment, for getting me all hot and bothered at the coffee shop." She lifted the edge of the gown and put her knee on the bed, and crawled toward him, the neckline gaping to reveal tempting flashes of her breasts. She moved over him to strattle his body, her mouth came down on his just as she settled her weight on to his groin.

Lex groaned and pulled his hand out of the drawer and cupped the back of her head and neck, holding her to him, as he slipped his tounge out to press through her lips. His other hand now gripped her hip, holding her still when his hips bucked once. He could feel her hands moving over his chest, and pushing the sheet away. Chleo gasped and looked down to see he wasn't wearing anything beneath it.
She bit her lip and hummed, smiling, before she pressed her boay to his again, kissing and nipping his lips and tounge, as he hands stroked him..

He bucked again and when she giggled, he growled and pressed her to the side, and rolled ontop of her, shifting between her legs pressing his hard flesh agenst her hot damp panties. Chloe moaned and Lex smirked to him self. ' Who is laughing now?'

Capturing both her hands in one of his he pulled them above her head, while his other hand brought the gown up untill he removed it, only releasing her hands for a moment, before capturing them in his tight grip. When she wiggled under him he let out a pant of breath.

" Chloe..damn" He cussed and bent his face to the nook of her neck, licking and biting her.

" Oh Mr.Luthor!!!" Chloe cried as he slipped her underwear to the side

Lex just grunted at her moved to thrust into her.

" Mr.Luthor!!!!" Lex could hear pounding as the bed slammed agenst the wall.


"MR.LUTHOR!!!!"


Lex sat up in bed the next morning, hearing his butler pound on the door, calling his name. "Mr. Luthor!"

'shit, fuck,damn bastard....' Lex growled every word he knew, as he wrapped his robe around himself and went to the door pulling it open to show Dean, about to pound on the door again. "WHAT do you WANT!!!??" Lex shouted.

Dean scurried away after telling him breakfast was ready. Lex closed the door turning back to the bed to see no evidence that Chloe had been there. "It was a dream..." He muttered rubbing his hand viciously over his face looking down at his swollen erection, still unsatisfied. Lex took a quick shower and went down to breakfast, grumbling the whole time.

STORY
(seven days after the last chapter)

Lex stood in the mostly-compleate building, watching to make sure everything was going acording to plan. The wiring was finished and now they were putting up drywall, and installing the doors, windows, and temperature system. Stepping out the 'door' he strolled to his car flipping open his cell-phone, and hitting the auto dial for Clarks house.

" Hey Clark it's Lex."
Hey Lex whats up?
"Just wondering if all is set up on your end."
Lex, you know it is. But thanks for sending Lana over to make me work.."Knew that would hurry you along. Is the birthday girl still in the dark?"
You know it! Like I would ever let her in on this, It is a surprise right.
" See you in a few hours."
You too, bye Lex

Lex shut the phone off as he started his car, and raced toward his mansion.

~~~~dun dun dun...~~~~((two more days))

After taking a long hot shower, making sure to scrub his head so it would be extra shiny, Lex was standing in front of his closet shirtless, but with his pants on. He was trying to decide what color shirt to wear. There was blue, and purple, and lilac, but he wanted to try one of his new shirts.

The tough thing was which one? The silver, or the yellow. The silver was reminecent of his others, and the yellow was pastel but not too girly, as well as being Chloe's favorite color. Things were leaning toward the yellow. So slipping it off it hanger he shruged it on and buttoned it, tucking it in and deciding to fore-go the tie tonight.

Wrapping a towel around his neck he went back to the bathroom, which by now had de-fogged, and leaned over the sink to brush his teeth. Spitting he put his tooth brush in its slot and pulled out a bottle with clear liquid in it. Pouring a small amount into his palm, he began to rubb it slowly over his scalp, pretending that they were Chloe's hands and not his own. By the time he was done, he was most anxious to see her at the party.

Then with a dab of mild cologne, he grabbed his jacket off the beadframe, where it had been hanging, and slipped it on as he went down to the Garage. 'Great another choice..' Which car was now the problem. At the back of the Garage was his "James Bond" car. He haddn't drivin that in a while and Chloe always looked at it with appreciation.

Striding over, he pulled the keys off the hook and climbed in hitting the button to open the garage door. Starting the engine with a roar, he sped out, and down the path where the gates were already open. Lex kicked up dust toward the house he had bought Clark for his birthday. Compleate with farm equiptment and livestock, as well as land and barns and silos, all the things needed for a farm.

Stopping by the now finished building, he picked up the wrapped pakages and put them carefully in the car. He arrived at the house in time to see that the party had already started. 'Good thing I made Clark and Lan promise to save the good stuff for me.' As he walked in the door, he was greeted by several people, who knew him but mostly didn't like him. Placing the presents on the table with the others, he searched out Clark and the Birthday Girl.

Finding Clark and Lana easily but when Clark saw Lex, he motioned towards the love seat, where Chloe was sitting talking to some of the people invited to the party.

Mr. and Mrs. Kent were nearby, and Mrs. Ross was also with them. Mr. Ross was unable to make it due to buisness, and that Lex would be there, but his children were there. Mr. Sulivan was across the room talking to Lana's aunt. The Ross boys, Pete included were hangeing out in the living room chowing down on popcorn, and waiting for The promised movie to start.

"Okay every one, We can start now!" Clark called out as he flipped the light and pulled Lana under his arm, to sit next to him on the couch, and Lex quickly claimed the seat next to Chloe, as planned. Every one else scrambled to their seats, some on the floor others in folding chairs.

Mr. Sullivan poped in a DVD labled Chloe, and before Chloe could see it pressed play. A home movie flickered to life and groans were heard around the room..

" Aw man This isn't 'Monsters Inc.' "Pete groaned
"Hush Pete" Mrs. Kent whispered, "we are goin to watch that after this, it IS Chloe's birthday."
Pete grumbled but lay back down on the floor.

Chloe had a shocked look on her face. as the camera came face to face with her five-year old self, in Metropolis.

"Okway, This ith my house. " The scene changed as she moved the camera so it could see the inside of the apartment. " This ith my daddy, isn't he tall?" Gabe came into veiw and the camera swung away to look at a blank TV. " This is our TV, and my favorith show in the whole world, is ninja turtles, And I wann grow up just like April." The camera moved to go down the hall and flashed inside one room shortly "This is daddy's room, but mine is funner."

The camera showed a bright yellow room with a small bed and toys all over the floor. "This is my room, it is yellow, cause that my favorith color in the whole world. Ohh look here is my best toy" The camera veiwed a typwriter "This is my type-witer, so I can make newspapers like April on TV.."...."And here is my window." ...."Look there is ichy Tommy Birch, he tried to kiss me and I kicked him in the No-No's" ...."Look there is Ruffy the neighbors dog, he likes me cause he gives me kisses." ...

The screen spun around to look back at her face and she smiled showing a missing tooth. "And my name is Chloe Sullivan, and y daddy says I'm the best reporter in the world, so he is letting me uses his cammrra to make my first report.." She gigled and the tape sputtered to the end.

The parents in the room all said 'aww' and were sniffling, the loudest one being Gabe Sullivan. "My baby is all grown up..." Pete had already hopped up to put in the next movie, "And Yes I SWITCHED the tapes, now we watch X-Men!!"

"Thats funny Pete cause I switched it to 'Love at first bite' with George Hamilton" Chloe laughed as te grainy picture came to life showing the old vampire castle.

((two hours later))

People were yawning and Clark said it was time to opem presents, and for Chloe to make her wish. First the wish. The small candle was set in a cupcake, because Chloe and everyone else had wanted to eat cake during the movie. Just as she leaned over to blow it out, Lex leaned in to her ear and whispered, "Wish for me..."

Chloe was so startled that she acctually blew out the candle when he said that. She glared at him her eyes telling him what she wanted to say. 'I wasted my wish on you, because of you, you jerk.'

Lex just laughed and told her to open her presents.

From Clark and Lana she got a 5 year subscription to The Daily Planet.
From Pete and his family she received a stack of DVD's, the boys had obviously helped pick out. Chloe just laughed and moved on.
Her father gave her a card and a bond for 1000 dollars toward her college education.
The Kents gave her a stack of pictures, from around their farm, baby animals and stuff, as well as pictures of her and Clark and Pete when they were younger. All set up in a photo album.
Lana's aunt gave her a gift certificate to a store in Metropolis as well as the promis to take her shopping some time.

Then it was Lex's turn. Chloe stopped before opening the smallest pakage to speak to him.. "If you got me a house I'm telling you right now that You can take it back."

Lex just smiled "It is not a house, How would I fit a house into that little box?"

Satisfied but still curious, she carefully separated the paper from the tape, she did't want to rip it, it was nice paper. In a little clear box was a model car, like the hot wheels one..
"You got me a car?" She asked looking at him oddly
" Not just any car, Chloe. Any car you want, even the one I drove here, as long as you give me a ride home." Lex replied cooly.
"WHAT!! OH MY GOD LEX" Chloe squeeled and threw her arms around him in a tight hug. "Thank you so much." She had hugged every one but even they were surprised at this.
"I take it you know which one you want?" Lex said smoothly, hoping she would remeber his bond car.
"Yes, umm " She looked away"If your not too attached to it Can I have your James bond car?"
Lex grinned this was working perfectly. "As long as you let my Mechanic see it every few thousand miles, yes." Chloe squeeled again and looked back at the table. " Lex, tell me that this is all you got me and those are just props."

"No"

Chloe reached for the larger box this time, "If small is big to you maybe big is small." She tore the paper off this time in excitement, and inside was a new laptop, with a butter yellow case, specially made.
"Oh Lex I can't this is too much, the car is too much."

"Chloe, I gave Clark a house, I think it will be okay if you take this stuff." He humored her hoping she would take other 'things' as well

"Lex I'm afraid to open the last one." Lex picked up the last box it fit in the palm of her hand.She took it out of the paper, it was a jewelery box, and before she could say anything he motioned for her to open it. In side was a key.

"Lex I told you .NO houses." Lex rolled his eyes
" Pull the key out and read the tag."

Chloe tugged the key and it same out with ease, attached was a little plastic Tag.

"Chloe's Chronicals. Lex what is this" She asked after reading the words.

"It is a key to your own newspaper right here in Smallville. And I had no idea what you would name it so I didn't have anything else made except that tag." Lex smirked

"Oh Lex, Oh ..." Chloe passed out holding the key, luckily Lex caught her.

Hello all I&#39;m back.... Okay all disclaimers ext..blah blah blah... Okay hope fully if my brain doesn&#39;t blow a fuse half way through I will have some smut....on with the chappie..


STORY STARTS HERE.... hehe
(part 3..or 4? oh well.)



Chloe awoke feeling two sensations she was unused to. She couldn&#39;t move her legs and she was freezing, especially her face. She opened her eyes and found both problems. First being that her lower half and most of her upper half was wrapped in a blanket, with Lex sitting on the end that opened, asleep agenst the back of the couch. The second being that the fire had gone out and it was now late at night and the window was cracked, making the room freezing.

Lex&#39;s head was leaned agenst the back of the couch, his arm across her legs and his feet proped up on a small foot stool. Chloe watched him, his face wasmore relaxed in sleep, and he looked younger, like the 21 yearold he was and not the 30 year old he pretended to be.

Scooting foreward as much as she could she reached out to touch his cheek, to wake him of course, not to see if his skin was a soft and warm as it looked. When she softly said his name and he shifted she railed her hand down his neck to his shoulder and shook him.
"LEX&#33;" Chloe said loudly
Lex sat up quickly looking around, in slight panic. When he saw her he relaxed and his face fell into its normal look of composure.
"No need to shout Chloe."He replied agusting his clothing around him.
"Lex I have to get home, dad is going to be worried." She said in a softer voice.

"Chloe you father and I discussed it, and we came to the conclusion that you would spend the night here, so you could drive the car home in the morning." Lex said unpreturbed by the fact that he was telling an out and out lie.

Gabe had left the party to go into town, pack a bag and go to Metropolis imeadiatly. Planned by Lex to have a phone call about an emergency, that the plant in Smallville knew how to handle. And as plant manager Gabe Sullivan was the one to go. Hopefully he would be gone a few days.
Standing Lex scooped Chloe into his arms, one behind her knees the other around her back, bridal style, to the room she would be staying in. His.

Laying her down on his bed he shut the door and locked it covertly. Then striding over to a dresser he pulled out a thin Tee-shirt that looked decent enough. Lex knew it was neither warm nor as covering as Chloe would see it being.

Chloe mean while had decided to look around. She was in a large nicely furnished room. There was mostly dark wood, and dark fabric, but at the same time it was not depressing. The closet door was open about an inch and she could see clothes hung up, but paid no attention to it as Lex came toward her with the large Tee-shirt. She smiled her thanks and stood, with minor assistance from Lex when she got a head rush, going into the bathroom to change.

Lex smiled and pulled down the covers on one side and Called through the door. " Hey I&#39;m going to take off. there is some asprin on the table next to the bed with some water. If you need anything else let me know." When Lex heard a muffled &#39;No&#39; He left through the secret door making sure that the asprin also had a look alike small-dose seditive with it.

Lex stayed in his study for about an hour, then he pulled back a panel of fake books to show a security camera, the only one in the house that looked in his bed room, and didn&#39;t have a tape recording everything. Chloe was asleep, her small body, quiet and still in his big bed. She wasn&#39;t even on his side, another good quality in her. Grinning he flipped the Tv screen off, shut the panel and made sure that the locking mecanism was shut. Now only he could open it.

Walking quickly back down to his room, slipping through the hidden enterance, he changed into his own boxer-briefs, didn&#39;t need to scare the girl, though he usually slept nude. Then striding to the thrmostat, he kicked the heat down to a chilly level. Then walking quickly, knowing it was about to get cold in the room, he opened a chest and took out a few thick fluffy blankets.

Some were small enough so that if they both wanted to be warm they would be laying next to each other, as well as one large one to lay ontop of the others. He didn&#39;t want to risk one of them moving out from under the others and getting ill. He then spread them quietly so as not to risk waking Chloe, though if she took the mild sleeping pills she would not be waking up to something so minor for a few more hours.
Climbing in next to her he slowly wrapped and arm over her shoulder pulling her back to his chest, their heads sharing a pillow. Lex nuzzled his face into her hair for a moment before he drifted off to sleep, dreaming of when they would both be awake in this bed.

Slowly he moved his hand down her body to her thigh. With a gental motion his hand lifted her eg and brought it back to rest over his legs, now he was etween her legs, behind her.

Pulling her arms around him he pressed his body fully agenst hers, the fabric of his boxers pressing agenst her panties. Glancing down he grinned when he saw them. They were yellow with the words &#39;Bite Me&#39;.

Lovely idea, thank you darling He chuckled and slippd his hands under the thin shirt that had kept her close to him for the night, lifting it away from her body his head dropped to kiss her shoulder, then nipp along to the edge of the shirt. He skipped over the bunched fabric, to kiss her ribcage, chuckling when her legs shifted restlessly agenst his. When her arms moved he was able to slip the shirt all the way off her body, groaning when he saw her. Her lashes fluttered and she looked at him through sleep fogged eyes.

"Lex?" She asked quietly, before he crushed her mouth under his.
"Chloe..." He bit her lips roughly, moving them with his own, thrusting his tounge into her mouth as his hips ground agenst her.
Chloe moaned and spread her legs further before lifting them to lock over his waist.
Slipping his fngers under the fabric between her legs he stroked one bent finger over the area. She sighed and he kissed her more passionatly, wanting to hear his name on her lips like that. Or to hear her scream his name. Reaching his hand under his boxers he pulled his swollen muscle out of the gap in front. Using the same hand he slipped her underwear aside and eased his head into her.
Chloe&#39;s body jumped, as she moaned, relaxing again.. " Oh Lexxx...mmm" Lex grinned and thrust another inch or so into her, waiting till she ajusted. They continued like that till he reached a barrier.

He winced when her inner walls tightend almost painfully around him, then moaned when she softened, shifting beneath him.

"oh Lex." She bit her own lip when he moved once, a side to side motion, before he pulled away and thrust deep. She shuddered and her hips bucked. Lex couldn&#39;t take it any more. Sinking his teeth into her shoulder in a love-bite, he held her body still as he pulled out and thrust repeatedly. Gaining speed and momentum, every time she made a noise, he would give her an extra pressure, sometimes with his fingers on the nub above where they were joined, or angleing his hips to hit a sensative spot inside her.

When she let out a soft scream and her body tightened all around him, his eyes closed, and more then likely crossed, for a moment of pleasure as his own release rushed in his ears. Holding his hips agenst hers while the last of his erection drained away, as his fluid filled her. He slowly eased himself down on top of her, then suddenly, all his strength left him. His weight came down on her hard but she seemed to enjoy it cradleing him closer, her mouth moving over his cheek and ear.

With a last kiss he pulled out of her, almost wimpering when her flesh clung to him begging him to stay. She did make a soft mewling sound in protest. but when he slid her panties off her legs finnally she relaxed, watching him remove his own underwear. and climb back between her legs pressing his head to the pillow next to hers and falling asleep, she quickly followed him to dream land, her hands strying over his naked form.

STORY STARTS HERE



Lex woke up to something tickling his nose. It turned out to be a strand of Chloe&#39;s hair. They had both moved in the night, but were still facing each other. Oddly Chloe was awake. Lex almost ducked, thinking she was going to smack him for taking advantage of her like that. She just laughed.

"I was going to smack you because you tricked me, but I changed my mind." When Lex relaxed and pulled her closer, she hit him on the upper arm.
"Hey&#33;" Lex said slightly outraged
"That was for thinking I would only sleep with you if you bought me stuff. You big moron." Chloe rubbed her palm over the already fading red mark on his arm, leaning to kiss him. Lex grinned

" Then let me turn the heater back on so we don&#39;t have to be freezing." He reached to grab one of the blankets, but Chloe pulled them out of his reach.

" You turned it off, you face the consequences. I refuse to be cold, because you couldn&#39;t ask me out like a normal person." Chloe said when he glared at her.
" You are kidding?"Lex said his face unbeliving.
" You better hurry if you want me to let you back in here." She commanded, " I don&#39;t like cold feet, and you are not putting yours agenst me."

Lex realised she was serious and quickly walked over, turned the heater on, and jogged back diving on top of her. " Open the covers..." He growled

"NO&#33; You are going to make me cold...." Chloe teased holding the covers tight to her and rolling so he couldn&#39;t grab them.
They wrestled for another minute or two, Chloe laughing and taunting him, while Lex growled nd made outragious threats.

Finally Lex was able to force his was under the blankets, and pulled her close, saying something about punishment. Chloe giggled (Don&#39;t ask my muse made me do it), and snuggled up to him, shivering when her skin tuched his but warmed quickly....

"Chloe ?" Lex asked staring at the ceiling
"mmm" Chloe murmered the &#39;what &#39; sound as she rubbed her cheeks agenst the hard wall of his chest.
" Move in with me." Lex said, knowing it wasnt a question, and Chloe knew it too.
"Lex..." Chloe started
" Please.." Lex whispered in her ear, and Chloe all but melted. Men like Lex did not say please.
" Well since you asked so nice ... "
"Don&#39;t tease me Chloe." Lex threatened
"Okay." Chloe pressedher face back to his skin giving him a little kiss.
" Okay you won&#39;t tease me, or okay you will move in with me." Lex said raising his head to look at her.
" The first one only when you ask, the last one tomarrow..."

Lex smirked in triumph, before rolling her beneath him for another round of the new and improved version of &#39; Bedroom Judo&#39;

STORY STARTS HERE&#092;/

Chloe yawned and streached her hands above her head laying them agenst the wooden head board, looking around for Lex. Seeing the bathroom door open, and hearing loud rock music, he was obviously in the shower. Grinning she stood, and walked naked to the bathroom, peering in at him sneakily. He was in the shower still, the large glass doors of the shower stall confirming that. Tiptoeing on the tile, she slipped the glass door open and shut it quietly, thankfull Lex liked to play loud music while he was bathing. She snuck holding her breath when she stepped up behind him under the hot spray. reaching around him she placed her hand softly on his cock.

"Shit&#33;&#33;" Lex jumped and his feet slipped on the wet floor, but he caught himself before he fell. "Jeez, Chloe. If I had hair you would turn it grey. Scared at least a decade off my life." Lex had turned around and roughly pulled her into his arms.

"Common we gotta go soon." She said leaning up to kiss him. "Saves time if we shower together." she reasoned

" No it dosent. We always end up making love, which takes longer." Lex replied his mouth moving agenst her lips.

Chloe just hummed saying " Well since you are already clean you can help me.." She turned and his hand slid over her back as she squirted some shampoo into her hand, rubbing it over her scalp as Lex soaped the spounge, before running it over her back and shoulders. When she moved under the spray of water to rinse her hair they traded places and he began soaping her front.

After Chloe had moved in 3 months ago, they had settled into a small routine. Showering together had been a great experience, and they had learned to move together, almost like they were dancing. They usually switched off scrubbing duties, who ever woke up first started the shower, and when the other joined, would help clean, which was usually followed by a rigious bout of love making, caused by rubbing each other in a hot steamy enviroment.

Everything else changed daily. Sometimes Lex would go to Metropolis, sometimes Chloe would join him. Other times Chloe would retreat to the study to write, while Lex read nearby, or the other way around, Lex would work and Chloe would hang around. It changed daily.

Chloe had decided to wait awhile before going to college, the first reason being that Lex asked her to wait so that she could work on the paper while he built a college for her...She refused that so they decided she would take online classes untill she absolutly needed to be there in person. Her father had not been... pleased.. with her moving in with Lex, but seeing as she was 18, and never had really listened to him anyway, he had given up rather then push his daughter away from him.

Lex strode through the door of the mansion, handing Dean his coat, while Dean told him what had been going on around his hme.

Chloe was sick. Lex grinned even though he shouldn&#39;t think that was funny ((bad Lex :nono: )). Dean watched as his master went up the stairs to the bedroom, sighed and went back to his duties.

Lex opened the door to their room and was immediatly struck by the smell of medications, almost hospital like. Chloe was curled up on the bed only the very top of her blonde head showing, the covers pulled up over her, looking like a lump of fabric. Grinning he kicked his shoes off in the cornor, and layed down on his stomach next to her, careful not to wake her. Wrapping one arm over the bundle he closed his eyes and fell into a nap.

~~next day~~~((talking about all this sicknes is bringing back bad memories))

The next day Chloe was feeling much better, well at least she wasn&#39;t hanging out in the bathroom any more, if not much better. She and Lex were curled up in the rec-room, both on the floor, watching something on the big screen TV. Chloe was somehow in Lexs lap while at the same time leaning back from between his legs. Lex was propped up agenst the couch at his back, a blanket thrown over the whole tangle of bodies.

"You know its funny, this show, Tinyville, remindes me of Smallville. And that girl Blana Blain, she remindes me of Lana, and Clark is Gable, Pete is Parker, your Jet Jothor, and I&#39;m Doe Soliman." Chloe said slowly, Lex listening then feeling her head. She was a little warm.

" Yes except for the fact that Lana is not a meteor/sewage freak, Clark is not an alien, Pete does not have a crush on you, and Doe is not living with Jet." Lex added trying to figure out if the meds were getting to Chloe. They were.

"Any way, I have a surprise for you.." Lex said softly attempting to turn her mind away from comparing their lives to sci-fi soap-operas.

" But really they act the same, and don&#39;t you think it is a little weird how every one loves Lana, how do you know that Clark is not an....What? You have a surprise for me?" Chloe stoped dead in the middle of her thought, like she alwasy did when Lex did or said something odd.

Lex grinned and pressed her forward softly so that he could wiggle out of position. Walking quickly to a drawer across the room he pulled out a large box, about the size of a computer moniter ((gimmie a break I couldn&#39;t think of anything the right size so I picked the thing I&#39;m staring at, which is very close)) wrapped in pale yellow tissue paper, with a bright satin bow on top.

Chloe&#39;s mouth dropped open when Lex deposited the pakage in front of her "Wait" He commanded crawling back into position behind her. " okay open it."

Chloe shook her head, &#39;why was lex nervous? He only getts bossy like that when he is.&#39;
" Lex it must have taken forever to wrap this..." Her fingers trailed over the sides, noting how thin the tissue was, see through, showing that there was another layer under it.

" I wouldn&#39;t know I had a Professional do it so..." He shrugged, and nudged her " Open it..." If Lex wasn&#39;t a Luthor it would be called whining, but as he is we will call the tone encouraging

" Lex I don&#39;t want to rip it..." Chloe said, Lex sighed and Chloe rolled her eyes tearing carefully down the side. Lifting the lid off the top, Lex grabbing the bow and placing it on her head, she dug through the white silk that was paking another box. Pulling it out she noted that this one was wrapped in tissue paper as well only this time in blue.

"Lex..." He hushed her and she continues o open the rest of the boxes with in boxes. Finnally she came to one that was not wrapped in blue or yellow. It was wrapped in green, and about the size of a jewelry box.

Tearing the paper off that one as well she found that it was a jewelry box. Flipping it open she saw a ring, silver with green etchings all around it. Stars and swoops, with little sparkles.

"Oh Lex thank you... I love it&#33;" She turned and threw her self the few inches to his chest, grinning and snuggling agenst him.

"I was going to have meteors in it but I really don&#39;t want to wake up someday and find you with three eyes or something so I settled for having it green." Lex grinned down at her, " Its titanium so you don&#39;t have to worry about denting it in your reporting adventures. "

Chloe showered his face in kisses at the reporting comment, glad that he supported her, even though she knew he would have body guards tailing her every where.

"So ughh.." Lex stuttered slightly before looking away so that he could finish his sentence Looking at her and talking at the same time was hard. " When do you want to do it?" Chloe looked confused

"Do what?" She grinned looking up at him, her arms wrapped around his waist.

" You know IT.. " still seeing confusion on her face he clarified " Get married?"

If Lex had ben an animal ((lets face it he sometimes is)) his ears would have gone down, tail drooped and fore head scrunched in a look of fear and sadness, mixed with confusion. Chloe&#39;s face had changed dramaticly.

" What?" Chloe whispered " You want to get married? This is an engagement ring?"

Lex blinked and shoved him self off the floor to pace in front of the TV, rubbing a hand over his smooth scalp. Clearing his throat he spoke softly " yeah"

" To me?"

Lex nodded.

" Why?"

Lex sucked in a breath. "Because I love you, and I want to be with you every day and every night. Every time I breathe I want to smell you in the air, and I want to be able to hold you and touch you in public, I want to be able to see you in the hospital when we have our kids, and I want to be able to tell Clark and Lana and Pete and whoever else to fuck off, so that I can be alone with you. I want to hear your voice singing in the shower no matter where I am, and... with out you I might die. I want to be able to protect you from my father, or anything..."

Lex stopped when a small soft hand covered his mouth. He hadn&#39;t even noticed when she got up.

" Lex " she grinned " Its not that I doubt you, I love you and want to be married to you, but you really surprised me back there." She laughed " Think you scared my sickness right out of me. That is not what I was expecting or even hoping for."

Lex watched her and reached up to pull her hand away from his face " So you WILL marry me?" At Chloe&#39;s nod, he whooped and grabbed her around the waist lifting her in the air in a tight hug.

"But not right away..." Chloe said "I want to finish my stuff, you know get my life, the way I want it, before I marry you."

Lex nodded and asked quickly a smile, real smile not a smirk, on his face " Like what?"

"well I want to make a name for myself as a reporter, I want to travel some, and I want to finish college mainly."

Lex spun her around again before ploping in to his leather chair (( Lex ploping? :huh: )) and hugging her tight to him. Chloe handed him the ring and held out her fingers, And with a slow grin and a swift kiss Lex pushed the ring onto her left ring finger.

When Chloe walkd into the Talon a few days later and Lana saw the ring on her hand, Chaos insued.

"Where did you ge tthat?&#33; It is so beautiful&#33;&#33;&#33; When-where....how...who?" Lana was still talking but after the first few sentences Chloe blocked her out.

The small blonde sat at a cornor booth as Lana rushed off to get her coffee, and to secretly call clark and tell him the news. And of couse only minutes after the call guess who showed up..Clark

"So I hear your engaged to Lex now..." It wasn&#39;t a question but Chloe answered anywhy as Clark slid into the seat next to her.
" Yes, and I must say news travels fast around here." She gave a pointed look to lana who blushed and went about her fake sympathy-feel-sorry-for-Lana-everyone-leaves-her-and-now-she-has-to-have-a-job work.

"Is that a good idea? Marry Lex? I mean think about it, his other marriages ended with the wife dead or locked up." Clark continued oblivious to the excange between the two females.
" Clark, the reason for that is that they all tried to kill Lex. Which I am not going to do, so why be worried. And yes it is a good idea for us to get married, because that is what people do when they love each other." Chloe&#39;s voice was beginning to have a harsh tone and a sharp edge.

" But you&#39;ve only been together a few months, maybe its not love, it could be ...welll... you know .. it could be" Clark lowered his voice. "Lust."

Chloe just shook her head muttering about smalltown hicks and meteor freaks. "Clark, why do you care. Now instead of having to go to different houses to see your two best friends you only have to go to one."

Clarks face scrunched up as he forced his tiny brain to work overtime.
" But isn&#39;t it like that now?" He asked stupidly

" Yes... So why not make it legal?" Chloe shot back, knowing that Clark wouldn&#39;t have an answer.

She was right. Clark just sighed and his head dropped in exahustion from thinking. " I suppose." With that Clark toddled off to recharge his battery by staring at Lana.

You know I hate when I get an idea for another story before I finish the one I am working on, so I decided that since this story is almost dead, and I have total writing block, I will sub in part of the plot for the story I was thinking about and use it here.. hope you enjoy.. and many sorrows for not posting sooner. :biggrin:

Story starting &#092;/

Lex was in the Lexcorp plant walking around the meteor testing area, thinking about Chloe when an inter stumbled, spilling a small vat of Meteor liquid all over him. Sighing he just left and went home to change, making sure to have the clothes burned as soon as he had showered and changed.

Going down the stairs two stepps at a time he burst into the study and promptly lay down on the couch, and hence, on Chloe, disrupting her reading and staring at her happily. Abnormally happy. Chloe quirked an eyebrow at him and put her hand to his forehead, checking his temp.

"Whats with you?" She said suspiciously, letting her book fall from her hand onto the ground, and her arms wrap around his neck and stroke the back of his skull. Lex purred, nuzzling his head into her chest.

"I wanna make love to you." He said as he nibbled on the buttons of her shirt, making a few of them come undone. Chloe looked at him with confusion.

"Wait... Why arn&#39;t you at work?" She asked quickly indulging him at the moment, letting him fondle her randomly.

"Some kid spilled stuff on me and I had to come home and change, so I called in and said I would just stay home the rest of the day." He bit the skin he had exposed then licked it roughly. Gnawing on the front of her bra, Chloe could feel his teeth tearing the fabric.

"Hey stopp that&#33;" She pushed him off her and onto the floor. When he thumped she watched in shock as a .... Clone.... seemed to slide out of his side.

" What was that for?" They said in unison as they both levered up to stand next to the couch. " You love it when I&#39;m rough and tear your clothes..."

When Chloe just stared as &#39;him&#39; with wide eyes they put their hands on their hips, "What&#33;"

"Um Lex.. there are two of you." She said as the two Lexs&#39;s turned and saw eachother for the first time.

She put her hand to her head and sank down looking slightly dizzy. When both of the Lex made to sit next to her and confort her, they glared at each other.

"Okay, your name is Alexander Joseph Luthor. So one of you will be Lex. Now we need to come up with a name for the other one. " Chloe started thinking out loud while the Lex clones were locking eyes and lightning flashed between them.

"Lex came out of Alexander, Joe is a bad name for one of you, and Luthor would be like your father so, back to the first two names. Alexander.. "Okay then I will pick... I like Xander, but we need something shorter. How about Xan?&#33; Thats perfect." Chloe jumped up and ran to the desk pulling out a peice of paper and a pen. Writing both names and ripping it in half she picked up an empty glass and dropped both pieces, folded up of course, in and shook them around.

" Okay Pick one" She held out the cup to them and they looked at her blankly.
"It will tell us what to call both of you.." So they reached in and both pulled out one of the papers.

"Perfect. Don&#39;t open them yet&#33;" She yelled as she ran out of the room.

Dashing down the stairs she stopped Dean as he walked by. " I need a super permanent Marker NOW&#33;" She said excitedly with a smile. Dean nodded, knowing that the mistress obviously had been into something and probably needed to write it down to show to Master Lex. stepping into a room down the hall he came back and handed the black Sharpie^ to her with an indulgent smile.

Rushing back up the stairs she kneeled infront of both the Lex and they both smiled with seual energy.

"Okay give them to me, and dont look&#33;" She commanded, and they both handed the papers over dutifully. Pulling the hem of each onse pants down to their hip bone she wrote the name with the marker.

"Okay your Xan" She pointed to Lex1
" And your Lex&#33;" Lex2 grinned

After Chloe had left the mansion to go somewhere, she refused to tell either Lex or Xan where, they glared at each other from opposite ends of the bathroom counter.

Chloe sped up the drive way to the mansion and rushed into the house, carring a small box with her. Bounding up the stairs her hair flying and her eyes sparkling with excitement, she burst in to the den to find both Xan and Lex watching television.

When the both turned to look at her she was again struck by how sexy and amazing they were. Narrowing her eyes she advanced on them and moving around the couch she sat between them.

"Okay are you ready for your presents?" She asked her voice betraying a slight weariness, and both Lex and Xan exchanged a look over her head. They both nodded back at her and she opened the small flat box she had placed on her lap. Inside were three silver chains.

Leaning over to tugg on their pants individually, she read the names on their hips, and put a chain with a small peice of sliver, their names engraved on them, around their neck.

At the back of the chain was a light weight lock, and she used a small key to secure them around each of their necks. Then clipping the key to a part of the last chain she wrapped that one around her own neck, showing the peice that said Chloe.

"Now if either of you try to switch names I will move out, understand?" She threatened.When they both looked at her in shock and quickly agreed she sighed, throwing the box off the end of the couch.

She yawned and flexed her shoulders before she stood up telling them she was going to bed. Trying to figure this situation out was very hard. She seemed to forget that she slept in his room and that there were now two of him.

Lex and Xan grinned at each other, before slipping off to follow her. Chloe was already changed and in bed by the time they got upstairs. Trading wicked looks the boys stripped off their clothes, down to their boxer-briefs ((AN: very brief.. *evil giggle*)) and each one went to different side of the bed. Lifting the covers simultaniously, they slipped in and pressed their bodies to her soft warm one. Xan was snuggled up agenst her back, and Lex was front to front with her.

When she just sighed and muttered incoherently in her sleep, they grinned.... This was going to be the best night of their lives..

Lex dipped a corner of the cloth into the water and spread her legs gently, he looked up at Xan before he whispered, " She is bleeding..."

Xan scowled, and unconsciously copied the sorrowful expression on Lex&#39;s face. Nuzzling his face into her neck he sighed. " Thats not the only place." Lex glanced up and saw the damage his teeth had done. Wiping her gently, he looked for the tear, finding it on the soft delicate skin between her vagina and her anus, he sighed unhappily. Probing the raw bloody skin he made sure that it was no longer bleeding, and finished cleaning the blood and sperm from her soft blonde curls.

Then switching to another piece of the cloth he wet it and handed it up to Xan who wiped carefully at the bloody bite mark. When she whimpered they both flinched in shame. Handing the cloth back to Lex, Xan planted soft kisses to her face and neck, being sure to avoid the red spot.

Lex cleaned himself, unhappily finding Chloe&#39;s blood mixed in with the other fluids, then they switched places, Lex cuddling Chloe, while Xan cleaned himself and put the cup and cloth on the bathroom counter. Then he poked Lex who then handed Chloe over, letting Xan hold her to his chest while he was left to wrap against her back.

They both nuzzled her gently before falling asleep, Chloe protected and warm between them.

Okay you guys and gals.. I know you probably hate me for not posting sooner, but when the brain farts there is nothing you can do. This is the last chapter, posted before july 4 as promised... I probably could have done a better job on this last bit if I had finished it when I was supposed to instead of letting my life attack me, but live and learn right? So if you think this last chapters is lame and too short.... sorry.. *shrugs*

~~the next morning ~~

Lex and Xan both stretched and reached for Chloe, each one moving close to give her a kiss. Opening their eyes, they stared blue into blue before they yelped and rolled in opposite directions each one falling out the sides of the bed and hitting the floor with a thump. Chloe rushed out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped around her.
“What happened??” She gasped, water dripping from her hair onto the floor.
“Nothing!!” They both yelled in a slight panic, making Chloe step back and shake her head before going back into the bathroom.

“Ewwww.” Xan said with a grimace
“I second that with a Gross.” Lex shuddered.

They glanced at each other and both shivered in disgust. They had almost kissed each other. Even though they were, technically, one person they felt it was the equivalent of twin brothers kissing. They didn’t even try to figure out the logic of both of them having Chloe.

A knock sounded on the door and both Lex and Xan jumped. Swallowing tightly, this was the first time they had spoken to anyone but Chloe since the ‘Split’ as they were calling it, Lex answered with a haughty “What?”

Dean voice filtered through the wood of the door when he said that Clark was waiting down stairs to see Chloe. Lex and Xan both scowled. They had enough competition from each other with out adding the boy-scout to the mix. Not that Chloe would do anything, but Clark made them nervous.

Lex called to Dean telling him that Chloe would be down soon. Xan headed into the bathroom to inform Chloe that Clark was here, while Lex gathered his clothes quickly.

Xan hurried out of the bathroom bumping into Lex as he moved to get some pants and a shirt for himself. Suddenly they both felt a wrenching in their chests as their bodies slammed together, muscle and bone twisting and dissolving as they reabsorbed each other.

Lex swayed on his feet. He had Xan’s memories, as well as his own, giving him the oddest feeling of being in two places at once. Shaking his head he felt the chain around his neck clink against something. Moving to the mirror in the closet he looked.

He was wearing both the ‘Lex’ and the ‘Xan’ name tags. His eyes widened… He was himself again… He felt like part of him was missing in a way that he never had when Xan had been separated from him.

Chloe hurried out of the bathroom, drying her hair with a towel. “Where is Xan?” She asked looking around.

When Lex turned she stared at the dual name tags in shock…

“He.. He is gone Chloe…” Chloe whimpered and threw herself against his chest. She had loved Xan just as much as she loved Lex, how could she not when he was part of Lex. He had only been around for a day, but he had seemed to belong.

Lex stroked her back comfortingly, murmuring softly. Then standing her up he took her necklace off, and removed the key. Unlocking the twin chains around his neck he placed them carefully on a dresser. “We will bury what part of him we can. Now try and perk up… You still have to talk to Clark…” The way Lex said his name made Chloe laugh despite her sniffles, and she headed out and down the stairs to meet with Clark while Lex got ready for the day.

When Chloe stepped into the room where Clark was waiting she had just finished wiping her eyes and was still sniffling. Clark stood up and came to her side.

“I guess you already heard…” He said touching her shoulder trying to comfort her.

“Heard what?” Chloe stared up at him for a moment thoughts about her father or Pete or even Lana going through her mind, and what could have happened to them.

“About Lex… The tape?” Clark prompted her again and when she didn’t respond he handed her a videotape.

“It was all over the news this morning, Pete caught it on tape while he was waiting for a game to come on. You need to watch it. I’m sorry Chloe.” Clark left her staring after him, as he left.

“Well that was weird…” Chloe narrowed her eyes. Walking up to the study she popped the tape into the VCR of the big screen, and watched as the pictures flickered to life.

A tall thin woman with long brown hair strolled into Lex’s office. Lex was sitting behind the desk and smiled when she came in. The woman sat on the edge of his desk facing him. Leaning down she gave him a kiss, loosening his tie. Lex stood and pressed his body between her legs, bending her back over the desk as he unzipped his pants, shoving up her skirt. He began to pound into her, the woman crying out in pleasure. The woman came first, and was doing nothing to help Lex find satisfaction. Lex was working away at her semi limp body for almost two minutes of tape, before he froze and groaned.

The woman pushed her skirt down and gave Lex a soft kiss before she strolled out of the office, leaving Lex to clean himself up.

Then the tape changed to a public news cast.

A woman, the news anchor, was talking about Lex’s new fiancé, a woman named Anastia. She was rich, a model slash actress slash heiress. The camera spun to look up at a second story window, where the woman from the tape could be seen. She came out onto the balcony and waved, a ring flashing on the ring finger of her left hand. Then the camera went back to news woman and she talked some more about how perfect Lex and Anastia were for each other. A clip came on, a black and white security tape from a jewelry store. It showed Lex shopping and picking out several items. He left the store with six packages.

Chloe looked down at her ring. She had only gotten one of the boxes, so where did the rest of them go? She started to cry silently, standing and leaving the tape playing even as it dissolved into the blank fuzz. Dropping the remote she had been holding she rushed out of the room, into the bedroom she and Lex shared.

Grabbing a small suitcase from the closet, not even wasting time wondering why Lex wasn’t in the room. She ran to the bathroom grabbing her essentials, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, face wash, and a smidgen of makeup. Hurrying back into the bed room she grabbed whatever clothes she found.

Zipping the suitcase she looked around at the mess she had made, then left the room. Going back into the study she pulled off her ring setting it on top of the VCR. Then she rushed out of the house, slamming doors and fumbling with her car keys. It took two tries to start the old beetle, but Chloe couldn’t stand to drive the other cars. Kicking up dust she pushed the accelerator, zooming out of the mansion driveway and down the road.

Lex sat in the dining room eating breakfast, fighting the urge to go and watch Clark and Chloe. Dean came in as Lex was moving his eggs around on his plate.

“Mr. Kent has left Sir.”

“Thank you Dean, will you please tell Chloe that I am here having breakfast..”

“Sir, I am afraid that is not possible. After Mr. Kent left, Chloe went into the study. She then came out a few minutes later and went into you bedroom. When she left she was carrying a suitcase. She left in the beetle Sir.”

“WHAT!!!!” Lex jumped up and rushed out of the room, running up the stairs and sprinting to his bedroom. It was in shambles. The drawers were pulled out, clothes flung around, the closet was open, the small over night suitcase was gone. Stalking into the bathroom he saw it was in much the same way. Things were on the floor, tipped over, spilled, and broken. Chloe’s toothbrush was gone.

Lex moved quickly out of the bedroom down to the study. His gaze went to the TV which was still playing the blank static of unrecorded tape. His eyes flashed to the VCR and saw Chloe’s ring. Whimpering he went and picked it up. Slipping it on his pinkie he hit the rewind button, then sat on the couch. His foot hit the remote that was on the floor and he bent to pick it up.

It looked like just a bunch of news running in rewind, but when it flipped over to football he hit play.

After watching the tape he made a soft wounded noise, clutching at his chest. It ached worse then when Xan had been reabsorbed. It felt like he had been given 50 thousand volts right to the heart.

Staggering to his feet he pulled his cell phone out, setting all his servants on the search for Chloe. Then he called Clark. Arguing and yelling into the phone is how Dean found him.

“Sir…”

“And then you go and give her a tape that you didn’t even verify if it was real….”

“Sir!”

“Didn’t even come and ask me what the truth was…

“SIR!!!” Dean finally shouted.

Lex turned around and promptly hung up on Clark. “WHAT? I was told not to be disturbed until they found something.”

“They did find something Sir… Her car was wrecked up against a tree on Hollow road. She is on her way to the hospital now.”

Lex went pale, and he dropped his phone. Rushing out of the room he pounded down the stairs and into his car. Starting it with a roar, he followed Chloe’s example, spinning up dirt and rocks with his tires as he sped out of the mansion’s grounds. He went straight to the hospital. Where they made him wait.

Chloe woke slowly, remembering what she had done. *Stupid stupid stupid!!* She ranted at herself. She was in the hospital… Big surprise. And there was Lex, sitting in an uncomfortable chair nearby, asleep. She had to smile. She knew what had been on the tape was old, probably a few months before she and Lex got together. She could tell by his desk and computer. He had bought a whole new set-up before her birthday. He had been in the store buying her yellow laptop, and had decided he wanted a new computer too. The one on the tape was not the one on his desk. Plus she had seen an edition of the Torch, and the picture was from months and months ago judging by the picture.

But seeing that tape, right on top of ‘loosing’ Xan, had made Chloe snap. She wasn’t really mad at Lex for what happened to Xan, but he had seemed so calm about it, so cold. Since Xan was essentially Lex, he probably hadn’t felt the loss as hard as she had, she realized that now.

Lex stirred and blinked sleepily at her, mumbling her name. “Chloe, are you awake baby?”

Chloe smiled again. Lex sounded a little frightened and hesitant, as if she might start throwing things at him. “Yeah I’m awake… And.. I shouldn’t have run off like that. I know you wouldn’t do that, but subconsciously I saw it was an old tape. I should have talked to you, but I just…I don’t know, snapped I guess…”

Lex chuckled and stood up, moving to sit on the edge of the bed with her. “I think that is the first time you have ever apologized to anyone.” Chloe laughed lightly, coughing towards the end because of her bruised ribs. Slamming into a steering wheel was a real bitch.

Noticing her pained expression and her cough, Lex leaned forward with a serious look on his face. “What did the doctor say?” Lex was worried.

Giving him a light smile she shook her head. “I’ll be fine, just a few bruises and scrapes… but there is one thing… Something showed up on the blood test, they wanted to do a specialized test to double check but…” Chloe paused, swallowing as she tried to speak and Lex immediately jumped to the wrong conclusion.

“Oh my god, you have blood poisoning? Aids? Cancer? Tetanus? Rabies?” Lex was almost panting as he worked himself up in his worry. “High cholesterol?!”

“NO, no.. Lex.. nothing like that… Calm down.” Chloe laughed slightly as Lex relaxed a little, breathing heavily. “The doctor.. he , he thinks that I’m ughh… Jeez this is harder than I thought it would be…”

“Damn it Chloe, just tell me!! I’m going crazy here!” Lex burst out as Chloe stumbled through her explanation.

“He thinks I’m pregnant…” Chloe ducked her head and her fingers played with the edge of the blanket that was on top of her. Lex sighed in relief…

“Oh well if that’s all it is…” Lex sighed and Chloe looked at him oddly. Finally her words seemed to sink in and Lex straightened his eyes wide. Turning to look at her he blinked. “Pregnant? As in… Baby pregnant?” Lex’s voice rose at the end and he cleared his throat.

Chloe smiled at him hesitantly. “Ugh.. yeah… It might be a fluke though…”

“We… We have to get married as soon as possible, I proposed already so.. so we just need to have the wedding… This is.. this is so amazing.”

“Hey speaking of when you proposed, you know that ring you gave me?” Chloe looked at him curiously.

“Oh yeah, here.” Lex reached into his pocket and handed her the ring that she had left behind. He gently grasped her hand and lifted it, sliding it over her ring finger.

“Thank you Lex… But when you bought this ring… you bought a bunch of other stuff too didn’t you? What happened to it? Because you didn’t give it to me so I can only think you gave it to someone else…” Chloe probably sounded greedy but she didn’t mean to, she just wanted to make sure he wasn’t buying jewelry for other women. She trusted him but what would he be doing with it otherwise?

“Oh, it is all at home. I had it tucked away for when I wanted to surprise you or when you had a bad day… you know to cheer you up.” Lex shrugged with a slight blush that he could be so… romantic.

Chloe laughed as Lex stretched out next to her in the small hospital bed and rested his head on her shoulder. “I love you Chloe…”

“I love you too Lex…”




~~~~~6 years later~~~~~~

“Daddy’s home!!! Daddy’s home!” Lollina squealed as she ran down the stairs of the mansion, her 5 year old frame wrapped in a yellow flowered dress top with white shorts and sandals. Chloe followed her strawberry blonde, blue-grey eyed daughter with a slower pace. She was four months pregnant with their second child, another girl judging by the sonogram.

Lex came in with a smile, his briefcase in one hand, his jacket over his arm. Dean followed with Lex’s suitcase. He had been away for almost two weeks on a business trip to Europe. Lollina threw herself against her father’s legs with a happy smile. Lex laughed and set his jacket and briefcase on the floor near the door.

Scooping her up into his arms with the same ease that he swept Chloe off her feet, Lex laughed and hugged her to his chest. “Hello Lollipop. Were you a good girl for Mommy?” When Lolli nodded with a big smile as her small arms wrapped around his neck. “That’s my princess…”

When Chloe moved to his side, he shifted Lolli so he could hold her with one arm, wrapping the other around Chloe’s shoulders and kissing her soundly. “How is the love of my life?”

Chloe shrugged and smiled wearily snuggling under his arm as the three of them climbed up the stairs. “Oh, just a little tired… Better now that you are home.”

“I love you Daddy. I love you too Mommy.”

“Love you Lollipop, love you Chloe… You two are my favorite people in the world… My girls.” Lex kissed both of them on the forehead.

“I love you Lex... Lolli.” Chloe smiled as all three of them sprawled out on their big bed. Lolli fell asleep first, her small body nestled between her father and mother, the window dark outside. Chloe fell asleep next.

Lex lay there looking at his family in the dim light of the room he and Chloe shared. Closing his eyes at the simple joy and happiness that had been his life ever since Chloe came into it, the constant amazement and fun that came from Lolli, and the hope for the future. Lex fell asleep a few minutes later, his life finally complete.

On part 3/4? (i.e. the first love scene between them):

I love a good Chlex coupling as much as the next gal, but I have to admit that this chapter had me a little worried. Mainly because the whole situation was so thoroughly orchestrated and manipulated by Lex. He made sexual advances on her while she was still asleep, after slipping her a sedative and joining her in the bed without her permission. And while she didn't tell him to stop or discourage him in any way once she was awake, she was still largely incapacitated, being half asleep and drugged. It just felt too much like Chloe didn't really have any choice in the situation and wasn't acting out of her own free will, and I don't think that's something Chloe would tolerate. Which is why I'm very interested to see how you handle Chloe's reaction 'the morning after'. One thing that did reassure and comfort me was Lex's comment: "Chloe, I'm glad that I'm your first, and I plan to be your last."

I was delighted and relieved to see evidence at last that Lex has some genuine feelings for Chloe and its not just unrestrained lust driving his actions. This was a pretty warped way of pursuing the woman he cares for though. But I guess it was the infamous Luthor logic at work here that insists, no matter what, that the ends always justifies the means. After all, what a Luthor wants, a Luthor gets.

Ok, my worries have been alleviated now. I was very glad to see Lex acknowledge that he did take advantage of Chloe. And that Chloe also recognised Lex's manipulation of the situation. That said, I think he got away with it way too easily! But in the interest of the Chlex that I love, and taking into account the tone of this fic, I'll suspend my disbelief. This fic doesn't need to be taken so seriously :) And YAY! I'm glad to see Lex continuing to display signs of the level of his committment to Chloe and the depth of his feelings. Funny how he schemed and manipulated for sex, yet for the far more vulnerable, emotional side of things, he plays it straight and pretty much wears his heart on his sleeve. Oh Lex! You're a conundrum you! ;)
